    I order this product for drive-up pick up but did not receive it, since I needed it the app offered two options full refund or replacement, so I chose the replacement. Replacement was going to arrive as a shipment 📦 and it came all damaged. How would you recommend delivering something already damaged and without the lack of properly packaged the products ?? I still give a 3 start because the product is good but the quality of packaging is bad.. I guess is better the full refund than replacing a product and waiting to get delivered.

    Started great, now have to switch

    Switched from Seventh Generation to Everspring as it was slightly cheaper per load and wanted to try it out. It cleaned as well, if not slightly better. The scent was very mild and didn’t linger. However, the last bottle I got was more liquidy than normal. I didn’t think anything of it and then I started developing an allergy. I have been allergic to laundry detergents in the past, and this one didn’t bother me until this recent bottle. They seemed to have changed the formula and now looks like that aligns with their logo change. Wish they went back to the formula before. Now going to switch back to Seventh Generation.

    This smells better than I expected. I normally go for the mint and lemon scented detergent, but it’s not available online, so I decided to try this. It’s truly a delightful fragrance that is subtle. I get instant headaches from chemical smells and additives. I know from experience what natural lavender and bergamot smell like. The other tell tale sign of it not being a chemical fragrance is that you don’t smell it in the clothes. The clothes are just odor-free and clean smelling after washing. Washes well, too.
