Perfect for sensitive skin
I love Zum. I have extremely sensitive skin and eczema and I have been using free and clear, unscented detergent for close to 20 years. Well for some reason...the lavendar soap had no tape around the cap like the other soap did. It spilled all over in the plastic bag, all over inside the box, it was a stupid mess. The other soap was ok..it was in a seperate plastic bag although the outside of bag was a slippery soapy mess.

Nice scent, but does not remove stains. This was a good cleaner to use in conjunction with enzyme wash for our cloth diapers, but there was really no benefit to use on our regular clothes. They looked somehow worse and dingier after washing with just Zum.

Ridiculous customer service
Product is great. Target service is ridiculously bad. I should have just gone in, grab it, paid for it and left. Went to customer service waited behind 5 people with returns and my turn the lady said excuse me "I'll be right back" another 4 -5 minutes she returns and ask me order number and then say wait one moment and she proceeded the go get it off the shelf.
