It is possible the soil from the garments has redeposited onto the fabric. We have a few tips to help you get the best results when using 9 Elements laundry detergent. First, be sure to sort clothes properly, grouping similar colors and fabrics together. Be sure to also follow the garment's care instructions and use the hottest water safe for the fabric. Don't overload the washer, and use the gentle cycles only when the care instructions recommend it. It's also important to use the recommended amount of detergent for the load size and average water hardness - a little more in very hard water or for heavily soiled clothes, and a little less in very soft water. For stains, pre-treat noticeable stains by pouring 9 Elements Laundry Detergent directly on the stain before washing.
