Thank you, Angela, for reaching out to Downy and sharing that your 111 ounce bottle of Downy Nature Blends Honey Lavender Scent Liquid Fabric Conditioner and Fabric Softener appeared to have less product in it than you expected. We have strict quality controls and it’s unusual for a package to leave our plant with less than the proper amount of product in it. Each of our bottles of Downy contains at least the number of ounces stated on the pack. The bottle may not appear to be full as space is left for the fabric softener’s to keep distributing the product neat and easy. Without some “air space” at the top, pouring the liquid would be very messy, likely causing spilling over the pour spout. If you’d like to learn more about this, we’re by our phones Mondays-Fridays, from 9 AM to 6 PM, EST. Our number is 1 (800) 688-7638.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, Allysa. Our products go through numerous quality tests to give you the best results possible, so this certainly isn't what we'd expect. For best results we recommend dampening spots with warm to hot water and rub with Ivory bar soap. Rinse. Repeat if necessary, then launder as usual or can pre-treat spot with Dawn dish soap before washing.
