    Target is the worst. They just charged me an extra 10 to give me a 10 gift card with their promotion last week. This has NEVER been the case. You buy the product at the discount price. You buy 3 and get a bonus 10 gift card. You dont discount the gift card from the prduct price and than charge the customer after the transaction. False advertising of a sale item when you are paying full price to be charged days later…only to receive a 10 credit for the store???????
