To remove refill, step on microfiber strands and pull mop handle up to separate base from mop head. To replace refill, align microfiber mop head with base and push down until it snaps securely in place. To wash, machine or hand wash and lay flat to dry. Q: I googled this product and says target has it for $7.99. When I go to the target website the price is $10.00. Why two difference prices????
