Casabella Clean Water Spin Mop with Extra Refill: Portable Microfiber Floor Cleaning Tool for Multi-Surface Use

Just what I was hoping for. This worked perfectly washing my floors and walls with zero lint. Not only that, but I was able to stack it and keep it compact when not in use.

Leaks. Low water capacity. Zero videos watching someone completely mop something, and as soon as you use it you will know why. For very small jobs only, if it didn’t leak dirty water everywhere.

I bought for the separate compartments, however 1 year later and the pedal doesn’t work. The spin mechanism doesn’t work and I’ve troubleshooted enough.

The bucket leaks. I checked for cracks and there aren’t any so I don’t know where it’s leaking from. The mop head sucks! The only time I liked using it was when I cleaned my walls with it.

1. The bucket's plastic is flimsy. After a few uses, the plastic pedal (to spin the basket) broke.. 2. The mop is too small. 3. It's difficult to carry the two buckets, because they easily detach while carrying.

This is a great mop. I like the fact that I am not mopping my floors with dirty soapy water because of the two chambers the only issue I'm having with it is when you connect the two buckets there's a clip on the top and a clip on the bottom to keep them connected, and I can't seem to get the bottom clip to engage other than that I would recommend.

I had the original spin mop orange and gray mop bucket when they first made them and they were amazing! Mine broke and I got a new one and I found out the hard way that they're redesign of the drain was deficient at best when the mop bucket drained out on my floors causing them to swell and ruining them. They sent me a new mop bucket to which I have the same issue with that is now ruined a second floor. I even glued it shut when I got it to try and prevent that from happening and over time I guess it ate away at the glue and ruined a second floor. The first mob was amazing before it had a drain that pops out. This is a design flaw that they need to correct and go back to the way that originally was with the pull-up top that drains out the bottom. Otherwise I love this mop I wish they would fix it so I could get a new one but I can't keep ruining my floors with their design flaws!! This my bucket in particular is no good because it flops over when you try and spin it out it doesn't stay up right it's a mess I don't recommend it!!

The whole unit is super flimsy and the bucket leaks. More trouble than it’s worth.

The mop head is good, but the buckets leak. It was not working like I wanted it to.

The concept and ease of use I would give 5 stars to The issue that caused me to rate as a 3 star however, was that the plastic plate that attaches to the mop pole (and holds the replaceable mop head itself) broke. The plastic around the holes holding it to the pole cracked, and now it will no longer stay attached to the pole, rendering it useless. I have searched high and low for a replacement mop or handle (so I could keep the bucket system I already have) but it doesn't appear to be a replaceable part - I would have to buy the entire system all over again, to get the handle. That is the only reason I wouldn't recommend this system.

The buckets are not sturdy, they move and the water spills. The spinner does not squeeze the mob well and it remains wet. I have to sqeeze the excess water with my hands. Lastly, there should be 3 buckets. One bucket should have clean water that needs to be changed for each wash. You should not be placing the dirty mob in the floor washer bucket to twist and drain.

It’s horrible bucket didn’t stay together it didn’t rinse mop correctly and you definitely can’t get away with mopping ah white going with this you have to refill bucket after 3 dips

This mop sucks. The buckets don’t stay together, the plastic part the mop goes into pops out all the time and won’t go back in, the mop barely drains when using the pedal(if you can get it to work at all). I threw it away. I would not recommend this mop to anyone.

Terrible. You dip your mop into the clean water then it goes into the dirty bucket, the dirty bucket takes all of the water so you have to empty it sooner

At first, I like the idea of two separate containers. What I don’t like about this product is the clean water. You are dipping your dirty mop into the clean water, which makes the clean water dirty.

I hardly use this product. It's been about five months since I've had it and the spinning part two drain the mop has now broken

I don’t like it. It leaks water from the dirty side of the bucket. Also the tip of the mop handle keeps coming off while mopping. I definitely do not recommend this product.
