We use very hot water in the tank with a little cleaning solution. The mop head is very thick and cleans the floor perfectly. It grips the tile and gets into the grooves. The handle feels a little delicate but so far after 3 uses, it’s holding up well.

Cleaning is made easier with the spray and not having to dip and wring out a wet mop and leave a wet mess all over the floor. Great price point as well!

The liquid container is hard at times to remove and difficult at times to maneuver. But does pick up a lot of dirt, decent for a small house or apartment.

It’s versatile; I can use it on the interior floors or on my balcony (black metal). Its performance is unmatched; also extremely durable and doesn’t break like some other brands. And it’s extremely ergonomic: doesn’t take up a lot of space and I can take it with me on a road trip.

I really enjoyed that I could use my own preferred cleaner for my floor in the liquid container and that it had washable pads that came with it which saves money over time! Also it doesn’t need batteries which is a huge plus for me. The spray nozzle and the mop pad itself covers a wide range which is great and the spray doesn’t spray out too much of the product letting me use as little or as much as I want - great for if I’m doing a spot clean or a full mop. I enjoyed using this. It definitely saved me a lot of time and a lot of effort!
