Breaks easily poorly made
Breaks easily. My first bucket arrived broken. The lid was torn apart either in transit or it was returned. Target sent a replacement. I liked using this twice before it broke again. The water valve doesn’t work now. Do not bother.

Bad and good needs a much better handle.... It's an innovative mop. The rinse / ring feature is pretty neat. I recommend flipping the mop and rinsing the mop head from both directions. The big issue I have with it is that the handle broke on the second use... the cheep thin metal handle folded over very easily when changing the direction of the mop head while mopping. Maybe a defect, maybe just poor craftsmanship? Now I am left with the handle wrapped in tape and a very hard to use mop. May look for a similar type of mop that is built better.

Garbage. Dont waste your money.
Absolute garbage. On very first use, the side that holds the dirty water leaked all over. And the lid doesn’t stay on, so when you pick it up by its handle, it just falls off.

Worked great until 1 month in (just a few uses) the cheap plastic tabs to hold top in place won’t fit togwther, and now all of it won’t fit or work. And can’t return for replacement on target app

It didn’t last long — as soon as I put the water in, it lost pressure, the cap popped open, and all the water spilled out. It was a total mess.

Cheap trash
Broke within the first ten minutes of using. Full bucket of water lands on my foot and now I can barely walk. Threw this right in the bin. Avoid this brand and item at all costs

I bought this mop about 30 days ago and used it once and it won’t work anymore. The thing that has the clean water coming to clean the mop head won’t bring clean water in after once using it. Very disappointing and won’t ever buy again..

I like how this mop system separate the dirty from the clean water but every time I use it cap holding in the dirty water pops open and dumps water on my hardwood floors. I cannot figure out how to prevent the cap from opening. I wish someone would tell me how to fix this problem!

I so wanted to love this item but it is cheaply made. You can only clean one side at a time. The force of cleaning the mop pad broke the lid, so it's unusable.

The surface of the microfiber is too soft to do much good, and Anne and remains far too wet to use on hardwood floor floors. I sincerely regret this purchase.

I was very hesitant about buying this mop because of some of the reviews, but I went ahead and bought it anyways after going back and forth for a few weeks. It’s unfortunate that the few bad reviews on here can have so much impact on a decision to purchase because this mop is actually a great mop. I haven’t had any of the issues as I’ve read on the reviews. The mop did a great job of cleaning my floors. The mop head isn’t flimsy or wobbly so it is challenging to place it in the bucket while cleaning but you can just wear gloves and turn it yourself. It’s honestly not that big of a deal. In regard to the mop not getting fully wet, this could be that there isn’t enough water in the bucket. My mop was fully wet. Lastly, the mop and bucket are very well made. I looked at other brands where people complained that the dirty water would enter the clean water chamber, but the way this bucket is built, the dirty water goes in it’s own space. I would 100% recommend this mop. Definitely try it out for yourself.

I hate this mop SO MUCH! Felt like a big waste of money! I wanted something small and compact I don’t have a lot of space in my apt and I wanted to love this so much! My floors never looked/felted that clean. The bottom stopper never stayed shut and spilled dirty water everywhere. Used it for 3 months before giving up and buying a big cedar mop yes it’s annoying to store but my floors are clean!
