Would have been great if the plug at the bottom didn't constantly pop out and leak dirty water all over the floor. The whole system is completely pointless if this one tiny thing doesn't work.

I used this item for the first time, and I am still on the fence about how well it works. The mop doesn't wring out as well as I woud like, but I do like the design and how it doesn't take much room. I do wish it came with more than one mopping pad as many other products do.

mop handle broke after 1 year 2 weeks.
was great until it broke. used it in our kitchen 2 to 3 times a week and after a year the handle broke in the same spot everyone else has reported. I had other mops, but they after different brands and don't fit the bucket. my other mops that are older and have not broken also have oscillating height adjustable handles. Seem to be stronger. brand needs to redesign the mop handle.

I would hit recommend this to anyone. The mop head refill is too difficult to locate and too expensive. Not to mention, it is not compatible with other affordable replacement products.

I’ve only used it once but I love it. Not only did it work as advertised with the separate water tanks but when I was done the mop pad easy to clean bc it had been cleaned and rinsed as I went along. It was light and easy to carry and the mop seems like it’s good quality the connector between the handle and the pad holder is metal I’ve had multiple similar mops with plastic connectors break

Breaks easily poorly made
Breaks easily. My first bucket arrived broken. The lid was torn apart either in transit or it was returned. Target sent a replacement. I liked using this twice before it broke again. The water valve doesn’t work now. Do not bother.

Bad and good needs a much better handle.... It's an innovative mop. The rinse / ring feature is pretty neat. I recommend flipping the mop and rinsing the mop head from both directions. The big issue I have with it is that the handle broke on the second use... the cheep thin metal handle folded over very easily when changing the direction of the mop head while mopping. Maybe a defect, maybe just poor craftsmanship? Now I am left with the handle wrapped in tape and a very hard to use mop. May look for a similar type of mop that is built better.

Garbage. Dont waste your money.
Absolute garbage. On very first use, the side that holds the dirty water leaked all over. And the lid doesn’t stay on, so when you pick it up by its handle, it just falls off.

Cheap trash

I bought this mop about 30 days ago and used it once and it won’t work anymore. The thing that has the clean water coming to clean the mop head won’t bring clean water in after once using it. Very disappointing and won’t ever buy again..

I like how this mop system separate the dirty from the clean water but every time I use it cap holding in the dirty water pops open and dumps water on my hardwood floors. I cannot figure out how to prevent the cap from opening. I wish someone would tell me how to fix this problem!
