Q: Do you dip the dirty mop head into the clean water to rinse before putting in the dirty water container? Doesn’t that dirty the clean water?

  • A: No thats what i love about this one. The water tank isnt part of the bucket where your mop can even go into. This water tank actualy has a pump. And as you push your mop down the pump sprays clean water from the tank onto the mop head! The rest of the bucket just collects the overspray. And the water you rinse out in the squeegee section.

    O-Cedar Pro!

    The first photo is how the mop looked after mopping the entirety of our new apartment floors! The second photo shows how it looks after rinsing! The video shows the end of the water supply left and how to wet/dry and rinse the mop! This o-cedar mop is very slim and lightweight to carry around! Only filled the tank once with water and it cleaned the entire place! This is more compact for small houses/apartments since we have a 900sqft place it’s best for our use! Worked out great and didn’t have to use so much product! Love that it separates the clean water from the dirty water as well!

    Cheap plasic

    Very cheaply made. Not worth the price. It serves the purpose, but I would look for a cheaper brand. I’m surprised by the poor quality from this brand. The plastic is cheap. The parts barely fit together and it didn’t come with instructions to put it together. It wasn’t hard to figure out. But I was bending the plastic in some places trying to figure it out when it wouldn’t fit well.

    Works great!

    This thing is amazing! Previously I was using a microfiber mop and I had to keep going back to the sink to rinse it out and refresh it. This is perfect because I can now do it as I go. Is it perfect? No but it does the job fairly well. The best part is you can make whatever kind of solution you want to use. I used water, added a little vinegar and some essential oil. While yes the item is made from plastic I found the handle to be fairly sturdy (I’ve broken a few before), the the bucket to be as well (some reviews mentioned it falling over easily, I don’t see how this would happen unless you bumped into it), and the pad cleaned well. My only complaint this far is I wish it came with an extra pad…at $50 you really should get an extra cleaning pad.

    Best mop ever!

    I can’t even believe how clean this mop gets my floors with just water. I have Armstrong laminate flooring and have been using the Armstrong recommended cleaner. My floors always seemed smeary and not really clean. Tried this little mop and what a difference!! I’m so very pleased.
