Q: Do you dip the dirty mop head into the clean water to rinse before putting in the dirty water container? Doesn’t that dirty the clean water?

A: No thats what i love about this one. The water tank isnt part of the bucket where your mop can even go into. This water tank actualy has a pump. And as you push your mop down the pump sprays clean water from the tank onto the mop head! The rest of the bucket just collects the overspray. And the water you rinse out in the squeegee section.

When inserting the mop into the first chamber, powerful water jets thoroughly soak the mop pad for a fresh clean start. Then, dirty water is wrung out into a separate tank. A: Hello Ari, to answer your question, yes it can be used on all hard finished floors including hardwood, tile, ceramic, vinyl, laminate, linoleum, marble, stone, porcelain & more. Do not use on unfinished, oiled, waxed or water sensitive floors or on other surfaces. If unsure, test on inconspicuous area first.

A: The RinseClean Spin Mop offers a clean water rinse. The unique clean water tank and red flow valve features allow you to hold the clean water in a separate tank until you are ready to rinse the mop. Like rinsing a cloth under a faucet! When the mop is wrung out, the dirty water is then dumped to the bottom of the bucket, never mixing with the clean water. A: To remove limescale from the H2prO water jets, fill the clean water tank with your favorite descaling agent and add it to the water tank. Run the system several times until the tank is empty. Then, fill the tank with water and run the system several more times to rinse away any traces of the descaling agent. We recommend using vinegar as your descaling detergent. 🧼 Bleach should not be used to avoid any damages to the mechanism. You can also visit our website for great videos showing those steps! It started off as great slim design which was more compact saving space, but after a few uses I noticed it is tipped over too easy. When I mopping and moved it out of the way it was tipped over and water, dirty water all over the floor. So I thought maybe just me being too rough, but everyone else has had issues with it tipping over. And its has been easier to use my wet vacuum. so u do regret buying this mop and bucket.

Omg, I love this thing. I don’t like the ones that just spray a product, because then I feel I’m just spreading the dirt and mixing with the product sprayed. This one is different, it kind of rinse the pad every time, because it sprays a lot of product, which I use diluted Murphy soap btw. Can’t speak for it durability yet, but it seems solid.

This is hands down the most convenient mop system I’ve ever used. A lot of people complain about having to refill the clean water tank, but honestly, that’s such a minor thing it just means you’re always mopping with fresh water (I keep a hot water boiler next to it to make refills quick and easy). The design is smart: the clean water tank is smaller because you don’t actually need a huge amount of clean water at once, while the dirty water tank is large enough to hold everything you wring out without overflowing. It’s compact, lightweight, just click everything on to put together and super easy to clean and maintain, which makes mopping way less of a chore. If you want a mop system that keeps your floors truly clean without spreading dirty water back around, this one is perfect.

i have only used this twice. The first time was with hot water only, my house is just over 1000 square foot and i refilled 2 times. reason being i like to rinse the mop after each little section i do. which is the purpose to be able to not continuously mop with a dirty pad. this mop and bucket are so light weight that i carried my phone and the bucket in one hand while i facetimed my mom so she could see how the mop worked! it really cleans the mop head after 3 or 4 pumps of water and you can add pressure to the squeege/rinser portion to get as much water out of it as you want so you dont leave too much water behind, which is important for hardwood floors. otherwise your floor soaks the moisture and ruins it. i could not believe how much dirt came off the floors and how easy it was to use. and empty! i have the ocedar spray mop, the ocedar spin mop, but i really dislike using those. either the pad /mop is spreading dirty mop water across the house or its heavy and awkward i even have a steam mop, that has a 2 sided mophead so i flip it over halfway through but the steam ends up soaking the mophead and again spreading dirty water behind this works even with plain hot hot water. you dont have to use chemicals, biologists say that really tbe mechanical action of scrubbing surfaces is the primary factor in killing the bacteria and cells. not to mention most cleaners arent ph neutral. so if you have tile and grout especially, it leaves a film which attracts dirt and actually causes a buildup of the chemical coating over time. so its lightweight, keeps the mophead separate and clean, easy to use and is affordable. make sure to rinse the pieces after use and pump all remaining water out of the little dispenser. love love love!

Great reusable mop! Love the design of the reusable mop pad getting sprayed to get it wet with clean water and “squeezed out” to remove dirt/dirty water from the mop pad. Mop handle does untwist a bit when using it and I do wish the mop had an extra little scrubber feature to get “stuck on” stuff off. But overall happy with the mop.

I put water in it a little cleaner and all it did was create a soapy mess on my floor. Then I put just water in it rinsed out the pad but it still made a soapy mess. The pad is very small and the squeegee thing doesn’t clean the water off good. The pad moves around on the platform so you can really get a good squeegee grip to get most of the water out. DO NOT RECCOMEND!!’

I was so hyped up to see this have such good reviews and couldn’t wait to try it. For almost $50 it was not worth it. The directions miss a step I feel like and it kept coming undone when I tried to mop, falling over and making an even bigger mess even though I stepped firmly on the foot pedal. Not sure if mine is defective or not because the one part that holds the water has a big gap of space which I don’t see on the images or videos people loaded online. Now I’m out $50 with a not so good mop :(

I like how small and lightweight the bucket is. However, the tank for the clean water is incredibly too small. I have to refill it three times to complete my house. Also, the fins that squeeze out the dirty water are too small and few and do not thoroughly squeeze out the excess dirty water.
