No mop head refills.
I like this mop a lot but only gave it 2 stars because it’s stupid not to sell the head refills in the store with the mop. If I had know I’d have to order the refills I would never of bought it. Don’t understand the reason for not carrying the refills.

It’s ok at best. It holds too much water. After a couple months of use and cleaning the sponge, the sponge is broken and it doesn’t look like you can buy replacement sponges.

Got it due to being the same cost as replacement sponges on other mops.. But this one does not squeeze shut enough to wring the sponge well before using. Because it holds so much water and not being able to wring it out well, it leaves too much water on the floor. . I compressed the squeezer around the sponge with my hands to make it wring harder, but who wants to do that with a dirty sponge and water every few minutes? I won't buy again.

This mop looked like a new option that would work well. It did not. It left more water on the floor than I have ever seen. Also, the debris did not come off when you put it in the bucket of water to rinse.

works great and is easy to use! I love that you can replace the mop head. Was concerned when I saw others review this product but you can probably disregard these folk's opinion. Yes it retains water after wringing it using the handle -much like every other sponge mop out there. Just remove the pad and wring it out more, it's easy. Feel free to use this same logic regarding getting it to dry :-) The mop head is attached in a 'velcro' type way. So if you have an old mop, with similar dimensions, that has same tech these should work on them. Haven't tried yet but quite sure any sponge that is same size would attach to this. Pet peeves now - giving a product low reviews because you didn't bother to measure your current mop or read the description for how it attaches is unfair. Also leaving low reviews because you have to but the replacement online and it isn't expensive enough for free shipping - also unfair. Not sure what magic people expect at this price point but ...

The foam handle smells weird, the mop is good for everyday cleaning. It holds a lot of water though and isn’t easy to wring out. I wish the mop head was washable and reusable.

The mop is very easy to use, works well, reaches places 😁 and it's accessories are easy to clean and replace. I remove the mop head, rinse then soak it in a sanitizing solution in between uses. Great design!

Holds water
Good mop for quick clean ups. It picks up all of the little things that get missed by the broom and rinses easily. The problem I found is that it holds tons of water that you can’t squeeze out. The sponge never dries which seems very unhygienic!

Impossible to find replacment heads
Mop isn’t really any good when you can’t buy the replacement heads in any of your local target stores. Mind you I live within 5 miles of 4 different stores and none of them sell them in stores. Not to mention, they won’t ship the item if you don’t spend $35+.

Squeeze Mop up&up
This is a great little mop for daily cleaning. It is lightweight, I like the squeezer on it, mophead is easy to remove to clean it (it is not bulky and fits in my bathroom sink to clean it), and easy to put back on. I would not use this for a deep cleaning, but perfect for daily cleaning of the floor in between deep cleaning. When the mophead is dry, I use it as a sweeper for cat and dog hair.

Very disapointed. The mops from made by design are Wayyyyy better. This mop just spreads water everyware! There is a cloth material over the sponge blocking the obsorption making it pointless! Bring back Made by design Mop and mop heads Please. I'm returning this!
