Missing part (instant return)

Ordered pick up and it was missing the plastic container to fill cleaning solution, the employee went to get me another one that was showing in stock and it was missing the same piece. This was a waste of my time and efforts as both items were missing parts.

Pad comes off

The pad keeps sliding off- just to mop one room you have to slide it back on a minimum of five times. OCedar how do you expect a pad to stay on with no velcro, elastic, stupidness thing ever. .

waste of money

Very disappointed. I filled the bottle and left it overnight, only to find that all of the cleaning solution had leaked out onto my floor. The mop wasted the entire product and made a mess instead of cleaning one.

Dissappointed

I had the old O'Cedar Promist version for over 12 years and have loved that I could wash and reuse the pads. The spray mechanism finally gave out so I purchased this updated version partly based on past experience and ATK's recommendation. This 1st time I used it, the head fell off of the handle and it took me a while to figure out how to get it back on without breaking anything. The plastic pins don't retract. There is NO customer support. They only tell you how to put the pads on. Not helpful as that is obvious. The pad flops around so if you lift the mop at all while manuvering, it's very clumsy. I'm not sure if I am going to return this but it is not an improvement over the previous version.

Microfiber cloth keeps falling off

I like that it doesn't need batteries and that the microfiber is washable, however the microfiber does not stay on the map. It constantly falls off (and this is using it for the first time, so it's fresh). This means a lot of bending over, picking up the dirty microfiber cloth, and sliding it back on. I would not recommend this if you don't want to keep bending over and touching the dirty cloth with your hands.

Good reusable map

The head is very maneuverable, and the microfiber pad is high quality. The overall color scheme is warm which much prefer over blue or purple.

it's better to buy a normal mop and buck

I had a mop like this, it doesn't replace a full floor cleaning. It just collects dust from the floor and carries it on this mop, then you have to wash all the garbage off it yourself.
