Q: Can I use it as just a dust mop? Will the mop head flatten out enough? Thanks

submitted by ladyblue - 2 months ago

  • A: Hi ladyblue, yes the MicoTwist Max can be used to dust. Tangle-free microfiber strands trap and absorb dirt, dust, hair and moisture from floors for a superior clean. Plus, no need to toss away when finished—our microfiber mop heads are reusable and machine washable. If you have any more questions, we are here to help!

Q: Is this a heavy mop once it gets wet? I am looking for something to use in a tall shower that won't be so heavy once it's wet.

submitted by Cook - 2 years ago

  • A: Our systems are designed to be held in an upright position with the pad placed on the floor to clean various types of hard floor surfaces. Use for cleaning walls/shower walls is at the consumers discretion if the walls are made of floor-like materials such as stone, tiles, and sealed hardwood (including wood, parquet, and laminate). Please note that other surfaces have not been tested with our systems. Please be aware that walls can be delicate depending on the type of paint finish. We recommend consulting the manufacturer’s care instructions for cleaning the painted surface. Additionally, it’s always a good idea to test the cleaning tool in an inconspicuous area first. We hope this information helps! If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please feel free to reach out.

    Save your money.

I would rather hand scrub my floors than to ever use this mop again. I needed a quick fix while I waited for my replacement mop heads to be delivered so I grabbed this mop thinking it might even work better than the mop I have now. I was wrong. This mop is basically just strings on a stick. It gets stuck every time I try to bring it up to wring it out and gets stuck when I try to put it down to use it to mop. I stopped using it after about 2 minutes because it was such a hassle to use. Save your money..

    Washable mop head

Love that you can wash the mop head! When I twist it to ring it out I feel like I’m going to break it to get it to release. However, so far so good!

I bought this mop only a week ago. I do mop everyday. But the mop didn't even last 3 days. The mop head keeps coming off. It will not stay attached, no matter what I try. So I can no longer use the mop. A waste of money.

    Poor design

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BUY THIS MOP! Unless you want to use cold water to mop the design team really dropped the ball on this one this time! The bottom clip consistently comes apart when I’m ringing out the mop due to the fact that it’s a push release so when you tighten the mop, it comes apart when you use too hot of water the plastic comes apart. I will never buy from this company again, this has made mopping such a hassle. Good job you suck. I want my money back.
