It broke after 1 1/2 uses. Way too clunky to be functional. Terrible mop.

Way too difficult to use. I wanted a good mop to keep upstairs to use in bathrooms without a bucket.. Have large bath sinks but to heavy and hard to twist at 76 years old. After wringing it out had more water on floor than when I started. Waste of my money.

Everything was all right

The red tip keeps coming loose, so the great fiber portion of the mop is unusable.

This is the worst product I have ever purchased in my entire 34 years of existence. It is horrendous. It makes mopping harder than ever before. It’s too bulky to actually clean unless you want to listen to what sounds like bombs going off for an hour in the washer. It doesn’t work. My arm actually hurts from trying to wring it out. It is the stupidest product on the planet. I am excited to return it.

Love this mop, works great

Did a great job! Nothing beats a good ol’ bucket and mop. It wasn’t too harsh on my wrists either. Definitely recommend.

The handle was assembled in wet conditions and when pulled up to clean leaks droplets of a black liquid on floor and clothes. This is a known flaw commented often on the internet. Furthermore, the head falls off as it is connected with a loose zip tie (need to put a new one). Besides this, it works

I would return this mop if I hadn't thrown out the wrappings. Never even used it. Very poor quality and difficult to get the mop to scrunch down to the bottom to use.

I have had 2-3 of these mop sticks so far. Pros: if you wash the mop head every other week or so, it doesn’t stink like some reviewers. And after every use I rinse throughly and leave to air dry hanging from a rack. I make sure to place mop heads inside a large delicates garment protecting bag when I wash it, and my mop heads have never had an issue with quality. My only complaint is that after 2 years or so of use, the POLE itself rusts out at the end that attaches to the mop head and breaks, rendering the mop useless until you buy another stick. I have never had an issue with wringing the mop out (unless it reached it’s just mentioned breaking point) I also use a mop bucket with mopping solution, while rinsing the mop itself in an other bucket of just water in between wringing/dunks in the mopping solution when I am mopping. I have never had an issue with floors remaining dirty post mop with this method.

I love the concept I used it a few times and it worked well however only after a few uses the mop head kept falling off.

I bought one of these mops to replace the same mop I bought several years ago and it broke within the first couple of uses. In order to ring it out you're only supposed to have to use one hand to turn and crank it so Your hands stay dry. It would no longer tighten unless I held both the bottom, wet part and the handle that you twist. I thought maybe it was a fluke because my last one held up so well I went I bought another one. Literally the exact same thing happened the first use. Oh also that little red circle you see in the picture on the end of the mop will fall off with a few uses and then the entire time you mop you just hear it scratching the floor. This thing is a piece of you know what.

Can NEVER get it to ring out NEVER

It cleans well when it works. But the wringer NEVER works, I always have to hand squeeze the water out.

No thanks. This thing never worked once and this company outght to be ashamed it's still allowed to be sold.

The twisting mechanism broke, I’ve used it maybe three times. I’m very disappointed with this product.

Ripped right away. Super bad quality

At first I really loved this mop . It cleaned well , was easy to use and didn’t retain a ton of water . However after 3 uses the mop started to come apart . First the red circle on the bottom and then the plastic cap . After 6 uses the mop does not stay attached to the bottom so you can straighten and wring it out . It may just have been a defective batch but this is my 3rd mop with this same issue happening .
