Worst mop ever. Constantly pops out and won’t go back in. Garbage

I would be better off using the mop head as a handheld sponge on my hands and knees. In order to get the mop head to slide across the floor at all, you have to push hard enough that the mop head pops out of the holder, or you have to hold the squeeze/release handle in a perfect position while you mop, which is as uncomfortable as it is inconvenient. Unfortunately, it was the only "damp mop" style that Target had when I needed one. I don't want the disposable swiffer-type, or the big ball of yarn wet mop type. I see it's now no longer sold. Not surprising.

Doesn't Well, Mophead Doesn't Stay Securely in Place

Like…easy, hands-free wringing of roller. Dislike…leaves streaks on floor.

This is literally the dumbest thing. The sponge part does not stay on when you try to scrub with it. It’s useless, don’t waste your money

Giving a 3/5 because the product just moves around dirt and grime. It does a great job at lifting grime from the surface, but definitely not enough to actually clean.

The mop head keeps falling off. I got so frustrated that it went in the dumpster in under 15 minutes. I would not use this thing if I was paid to.

I happen to love this mop. I like I can replace the sponge heads, my hands don't get fatigued or dirty, and no pricey/breakable bucket mechanisms needed. I don't find any mop is really ideal for many reasons (also they all seem to be made for people 5'4" or shorter??), but for me this is as close as I can get in usability and addordability. One defect is, you cannot use pressure on the sponge side on this mop as is. It tends to detach itself and just hang on the metal thing with too much pressure OR on certain tile floors for some reason (sealant?). So I came up with a little hack using a ball bungee from harbor freight. View pictures for how to attach. Now you can add some pressure when using sponge side and your mop head will not fall off BUT it can still squeeze! To extend life of sponge, use very little product, dry it out sponge side down after use in a warm but not hot area, And do not use bleach or harsh floor cleaners, just ph neutral like Zep/Bona.

This isn’t about the item, it is about condition it was brought to me.

The lever mechanism broke on first use and has defied many attempts to repair. Worse than useless.

Worked well the first few uses. Then the sponge tore and detached. I’ve only had it maybe a couple months.

Difficult to use! Sponge detaches, the wringing lever is hard to handle and the brush does not remove particles.

I use this as a first step to my mopping “protocol” mostly to get all the nasty stuff off before using my ocedar mop. Only complaints are you do gotta use your hands to ring our excess the water and the sponge and especially the brush get a lot of hair and other stuff that I wasn’t able to pick up with a broom

I picked this mop due to the “scrubby brush” part to clean my floors. Bonus is that part works great, and is safe to use on all floors including wood. Negatively, the entire mop head would come off every time I squeezed it to drain water, dip into the bucket, and constantly while I was mopping. It was aggravating and time consuming. Will be returning since it doesn’t function. Was very happy with the Mr Clean mop with scrub brush, however it can’t be used on wooden floors :(

Love this Is a total game changer to clean, scrubbing and squeezing mechanisms worked great

Used along with the Libman Tornado. I used this on the trouble spots and then went back over with the Tornado mop. Everything is spotless now.
