    Wrong Bona provided at curbside pickup

    The incorrect Bona product was provided. I order the Bona Citrus multi purpose floor cleaner. I was provided with Bona for wood floors only. Yri d to start a return on line with no success.

    Once and Done - not in a good way

    Made my hardwood floors extremely slippery. Went over multiple times with my old cleaner in hopes of removing as much of the Bono cleaner as I could before someone got hurt.

    Been using this for a while now and agree with the other users. This just leaves a residue and dulls the floors. Never looks clean. I'd use the gloss treatment but that got even worse reviews

    The best cleaner in the worst bottle.

    This is the recommended cleaner for my hardwood floors. It cleans wonderfully and makes my floors shine with zero residue. However, this is my second bottle in a row that’s broken within five minutes of use. The sprayer breaks and it starts leaking.

    Leaves residue

    Used “cleaner” spray on hardwood floors for some time. Maybe every two months. Did not over spray. Now floors have residue and are sticky, smudgy, dull.
