A: Hi! PACS can be used on all hard-finished floor surfaces, including hardwood, tile, ceramic, luxury vinyl, laminate, linoleum, marble, stone, porcelain, and more. Do not use on unfinished, oiled, waxed wooden floors or any water-sensitive floor surfaces. We do not recommend using PACS on other surfaces like walls or countertops. If unsure, test on an inconspicuous area ;)

Love this mop!
Absolutely love this mop! I have been looking for a new mop and decided to go with this O-Cedar Easy wring. I have tile and bamboo floors in my house. Always worried about using too much water on bamboo as it could ruin them. I felt like my floors were not really getting clean with the spray type mop. Used it for the first time today. Very easy to put together. Make sure you pull to extend the mop and fully and twist to tighten. Used the powder soap packet that it came with. Nice scent and definitely cleaned my floors. I love it. Floors are clean and this mop makes the chore easier and quicker.

Plastic scratching on floor
It cleans, but the plastic scratching the floor literally feels like nails on a chalkboard. Everytime I use it, I am reminds why I hate using it.

When mopping, it’s best to flare the mop head so that all fibers make contact with the surface and the red base lies flat on the floor and the pointed part of the red base is facing forward when mopping. This will help with the issue you are experiencing.

Dont bother
Handle does not stay up while mopping, head of mop is very small, bucket is huge. A complete waste of $. I wish I could return for a refund. Not even the bucket is worth $44! 1 kitchen floor wash and now I'm disappointed with a backache!

We're sorry to hear that ☹️This should help you out! -Hold the red handle in your right hand - grey in left. -Extend halfway (not fully) turn red handle away from you to lock. -Extend bottom grey part (closest to the base where the treads are) halfway, turn toward you to lock. Scratchy cheap mop head
The mop head is too small and the plastic scrapes my wood floors. It does not wring all the water out of the mop unless you spin it a while briskly. It is a big salad spinner.

Highly recommend! Get it now before tariffs make it more expensive! Plus Target has a great Target circle deal right now!
I LOVE this mop and bucket kit! I have used it for years. They lasr a l8ng tume and the spunner does get the water out of the mop. I have tile floors that become very slippery when wet. This mop does a great job at cleaning stains and messes while not leaving the floors wet and slippery. The mop handle can be extended or shortened by twisting it right or left and pull or push on it. I have a backup kit and am now buying another one in anticipation of the predicted higher prices coming soon. Highly recommend this product!

Handle too short/Uncomfy
The floors are the cleanest they’ve been, HOWEVER, the handle is too short and uncomfy to use so I had to bend over too much. The mophead should be larger. I am returning, just not for me!

Once fully extended your handle should be 48 inches, and you should see 3 different sections (one red and two gray metal tubes). If you are not seeing all sections, it is likely “section 3” attached to the gray Thread Plug that is not extending. Please remove the red triangle base by unscrewing the connect from the handle. Then try twisting the grey thread plug at the very bottom of the handle while holding firmly onto section 2 with the opposite hand. We hope this helps!
