    I wish I read the reviews on it before buying it. The mop head won’t stay on & the pole collapses easily there’s no way on locking it in place.

    Best mop for dirty floors

    I like this mop. I like that it spins the water out so I can spin less to mop dirtier area dirtier areas with more water. I use vinegar and water to mop my floors. I like that the mop is not too heavy but does a good job.

    Great Buy (READ the instructions)

    Works beautifully if you READ the instructions. I took a chance and bought this after reading the reviews (both good and bad). Most of the bad reviews mentioned that the mop pole slips. While there may defective ones out there, it's worth getting it and trying it. (I don't know how long the mop head will last but I do like the washable feature). Tips: - FULLY extend both parts of the pole before you tighten it. (I was able to mop my bathroom, kitchen & living room with no issues). - Use warm/hot water with the scent packs - BUY THE SCRUBBER. It's worth it if you have messy fur kids. - Don't over fill the bucket. It tips when you lift it by the handle so if you over fill it then you'll have a mess to clean up

    When mopping, it’s best to flare the mop head so that all fibers make contact with the surface and the red base lies flat on the floor and the pointed part of the red base is facing forward when mopping. This will help with the issue you are experiencing.

    won't stay together

    Won't stay together. The mop head female threads are not the same size as the male threads at the end of the handle. The mop will not screw together. Useless. Will be returning.

    I wouldn’t recommend this product at all. The mop handle doesn’t extend so when you mop, you have to hunch over. The mop head also flips when you mop so the brush part goes up and the plastic part on top scrapes the floor.

    Once fully extended your handle should be 48 inches, and you should see 3 different sections (one red and two gray metal tubes). If you are not seeing all sections, it is likely “section 3” attached to the gray Thread Plug that is not extending. Please remove the red triangle base by unscrewing the connect from the handle. Then try twisting the grey thread plug at the very bottom of the handle while holding firmly onto section 2 with the opposite hand. We hope this helps!     HORRIBLE

    HORRIBLE!!! I didn’t want to leave a star, but I had to was required. The mop head kept coming off and the extender would not lock in place . Good luck if you buy one.
