Easy to use

Very easy and ready to go to work out the box. Lightweight so not to heavy. It's been super durable and has held up for the past few months. Refills are easy to find

Lightweight while wide and can get into all the corners!

Defective wand
I would give this product a better review if I wasn’t constantly trying to keep the handle attached in the body of the wand. The button that clicks into the hole on the handle is apparently not long enough and keeps slipping out.

Thhe swiffer PowerMop is FABULOUS.
So… I've had the Swiffer Power Mop several months now… I have used all of three times! Ha. But, I LOVE IT! During my college years I was a dishwasher and cafeteria floor mopper with the very old fashioned bucket and mop routine. But, that was a long time ago. The first time I used the Swiffer on my 1500 square foot house, with mixed carpet / vinyl / wood flooring, I was pleasantly surprised. I don't really like cleaning, but, this Swiffer made my life so much easier! I have one suggestion. When I squirt the liquid out, perhaps because of the color of my floors, I can't see the liquid cleaner very well. If the "liquid" power mop floor cleaner had some color to it rather than clear, that would really be helpful. If you were to accept this sort of proposal, the added color MUST be non-toxic and NOT add more scent to the product. GeoAU

Good tool for home cleaning!

Makes it all the easier to clean my wood and tile floors each week. Super easy to assemble. I love how you can buy different scents to use. It’s not super larger either, so you can hang it up in your closet!

Easy to use and effective on hard surface floors
I have hard wood floors and this helps get all the stubborn grime that builds up! My cat also leaves a bunch of fur which is a lot easier to pickup with this rather than a normal broom and pan. I love the clean scent it leaves behind too. A little piece of mind that I did the job right after I’m done.

Do Better!
I am disappointed with the power mop its all bells and whistles. The original swiffer is still going strong but this one does not last. The solution leaks among other dissapointing issues.

I wish the spray nozzles worked
The mist does not come out of the spray nozzles. You have have to a lot of cleaner as it leaks through the bottom.

A few things may help: please make sure the solution bottle is clicked fully into place and is positioned correctly, and confirm all pole pieces are snapped together securely. Next, if you just installed a new solution bottle, the Powermop may need priming, hold the spray button down for several seconds until spray comes out, and gently squeeze the bottle while holding the button (this can be needed each time a new bottle is installed). If the nozzles still aren’t misting correctly, they could be clogged, and gently brushing them may help restore spray. Nevertheless, if you try these tips and your Swiffer Powermop is still not spraying properly, we would really like to know more and understand what you’re experiencing. Handle comes off
The bottom click to secure the handle is assembled correctly and locked into place and once you start moping it comes off with two “strokes” or mops.. it’s absolutely infuriating. I have put It back on 100x to the point it’s useless. You can’t even mop without having a handle in your hand and the mop I front of you and wires exposed. Really sad because I loved swiffer before this

Perfect

Buy if you want easy breezy cleaning
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this is quick and simple and easy set up . I love it for the easy install and cleaning . It makes mopping easier . Quick drying so no worries on heavy chemicals or water on floor . It does take a little elbow for stains but very good on hardwood floors . I like the pad also collects and straps dust and pet hair .

Not meant for deep cleaning
Its a good mop for little messes but definitely not for deep cleaning. I did the sock test and it didn’t pass. It doesn’t clean well like one would the traditional way, like scrubbing. I needed to use a lot of solution and multiple pads. Some pros, the smell is great and the ease.

Good concept, but unreliable quality
It was perfect for about 7 or 8 months and now the handle keeps falling apart like the pin is broken. If they fix that it would be 5 stars if nothing else changes.

A waste of my money
The swiffer pad that has all the little fingers once they get wet they go flat. They don’t clean in between tile floors on the grout. They just smear your dirt all over your floor…. I threw mine in the trash, hated it.

Love this mop
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Swiffer makes some products I love and this powermop will now be added to my regular clearing products. It’s lightweight and easy to store and pull out for a quick clean. While I don’t think it will replace a regular mop for me, I do think it’s great for some quick cleaning during the week.
