A: This is model ce251 and it comes with a permanent steel filter. You can use #4 papeer cone filters instead.

A: The warming plate turns off in 2 or 4 hours. (you can set which option). Buty you need to push the power button to turn the power off.

A: #4 cone. Mine came with a reusable gold tone filter (no promises that the current models come with one). DO NOT use them both at the same time.

The unit started leaking cold water from the bottom after 1.5 years. Ninja offered to sell me a new base for $170 because it was out of warranty. I originally bought the whole thing for $70. Other people also have this problem. Won’t buy Ninja again.

Bought this piece of junk in Jan 2025, in July 2025 the water container leaked all over our conter top. I ordered a new container for $22 from Ninja and a month later it started leaking. Also strated steaming profusely and warped our cupboard. I'll never order another Ninja product again.

Luckily I was home or my house would have burned down! I never write reviews but this coffee maker should be recalled ! I honestly really liked this coffee maker and used it for a couple of years until this morning when I had went outside for a minute and came back in to the coffee maker beeping and smoking and burning! I quickly unplugged it and brought it outside but my counters and surrounding area were extremely hot after only a couple minutes! Won't buy again.

Loved this coffee pot for years untill it just literally started beeping and smoking this morning out of no where. I call ninja. They offered me 30% off another one. Seriously?! My house could have burned down. I couldn’t upload the video of it smoking here but uploaded some pictures including after I had to take it outside to hose it down.

After about a year the coffee pot started leaking and we could not make coffee without a towel underneath. Then not long after, the delay brew button quit working as well. I normally like ninja products but this one didn’t hold up.

Beware of all of the great reviews from new buyers. This coffee maker worked great for about 8-9 months. Then it started leaking. It leaks from a screw near the reusable scooper, and a quite search will show that this is a common problem with this coffee maker. I have to use a kitchen towel underneath it every time I make a pot of coffee and it wi soak the towel. Time for a new machine.

Picked up, got home and set up for cleaning so we could use it in the morning. Followed instructions and it would not stop beeping, brew or clean. Followed all troubleshooting instructions and still nothing. Dried off and repackaged and returned the next day. ***you tube states this is a common issue and to take apart and blow lines out. I was not about to take apart a brand new never used coffee maker. So needless to say, I returned the next day.

Worked great until it didn’t, started having small problems…..water holder would leak. Now after not even a year it has clogged up and won’t even fill a pot. We clean it out regularly and use appropriate filters. Disappointed with Ninja!
