Great while it works. Do not recommend.
I loved this machine when it worked, which was just over a year or so. The double beep of death wouldn't go away despite deep clean and descaling. Furthermore, the brewing and cleaning functions took hours to complete the 12 cups of water and water and white vinegar. I bought this on sale in late 2024 for $59.99. It was great but so disappointing and underwhelming that a brand like Ninja turned out to be less durable and resilient than a lesser unknown brand.

Man this coffee maker has been an amazing addition to our morning routine! Super reliable especially when a brew time is set! Ours makes iced coffee and hot coffee, we can also make different size cups of coffee so we don't waste a lot too! It's super quiet and brews some of the best coffee! I'm telling you y'all won't be disappointed when it comes to this :)

Overpriced brand that doesn't last
Worked well for 5 years, but then just quit randomly on me. A Mr. Coffee maker with the exact same features costs 1/3 the amount and I've had had ones from that brand last decades. Ninja is not worth the price and I will not buy another.

Perfect until the carafe shattered
We tried several styles before finding this. The ability to remove the water reservoir is amazing. The carafe size is excellent for two adult coffee drinkers. This has been the perfect coffee maker until today. Less than one month after the one year warranty expired, the carafe shattered. It wasn't dropped or set down hard, it just shattered. We put in a request for part replacement from Ninja, but we are not hopeful as it says the carafe is sold out and they no longer have this product available on their website.

Doesn't Last
I have quite a few Ninja appliances. I purchased this item in good faith, based on the brand's reputation for excellence and reliability. Our unit was a dream at first but started malfunctioning at about the nine-month mark. It just had its "birthday" and it failed completely, which is why I am on the Target app, shopping for a new one. I will not be buying a Ninja.

Doesn't last
We have had 2 of these over the last couple of years. First one last about 2 years before dying during a clean cycle and the second one lasted under a year. Definitely do not recommend for longevity. Quality was otherwise fine while it worked!

Brew quality and overall design are good but the carafe leaks when pouring HOT coffee. Made sure the plastic seam was smooth… pours cold water without leaking but when pouring HOT coffee (or water) it leaks terribly. Going to return and try a replacement.

Carafe leaks
I had a Ninja coffee maker for over 9 years that needed to be replaced. We bought this one thinking it was as well made as the other one. We didn’t need all the extra features. The carafe leaks quite a bit of coffee while brewing and pouring. I’ve noticed puddles on my counter when brewing coffee. It’s a shame since we have a lot of ninja products that we love.
