good coffeemaker
This coffeemaker is the best one we've had in years. First off, the carafe doesn't drip all over when I pour. The coffee is very good and it's one less step having a separate water reservoir. The only minus is the beep when the coffee is done, but it's not super loud.

The coffee maker itself if very sharp looking and has features that I thought would benefit us. I’ve had to adjust how much coffee grounds I put in compared to my old coffee maker, granted it was a completely different brand and much older. We like that it’s got the delay brew and you can set a time for it to start and it came with the gold basket that doesn’t require a filter for brewing which helps save money there. It holds up to 12 cups, but you can’t run two small brews at two different times. Overall we do like the coffee maker, however we don’t like it because the gasket was leaking out of the box and water pools up in the area underneath the water container. I imagine the more this goes on the worse the leaks will be. And unfortunately this was also a Father’s Day gift for my husband, so not only did we get a dud coffee maker, but I also feel like I gave a terrible gift. I’m not sure if I even still have the receipt to return it.

Malfunctioning coffee maker

Short lived bliss
Loved this coffee pot until it stopped working. For the price, I thought it would last longer than a year but after enjoying my morning coffee, it made some popping noises, smelled burnt, and then did not work again.

bought this in January 29 2026, today May 21, 2026 will not turn on. I paid $70, drank 2 cups of coffee everyday so it was cheaper than a coffee shop, but I expected it to last longer.

Touch pad stopped working
Owned this for a year and a half. Makes great coffee but the several buttons on the touch pad have suddenly stopped working. The maker is outside of the 1 year warranty so I can’t return it. Pretty short life, I’d avoid buying this.

Not functioning after 2 yrs
Bought this June 14, 2024 for a Father’s Day gift, just short of 2 years of having it. It randomly gave out. Wouldn’t turn on or brew any coffee. Took genuine care of it so it’ll last, but unfortunately it seems like it’s a product issue seeing other reviews now :(

Great while it works. Do not recommend.
I loved this machine when it worked, which was just over a year or so. The double beep of death wouldn't go away despite deep clean and descaling. Furthermore, the brewing and cleaning functions took hours to complete the 12 cups of water and water and white vinegar. I bought this on sale in late 2024 for $59.99. It was great but so disappointing and underwhelming that a brand like Ninja turned out to be less durable and resilient than a lesser unknown brand.
