A: The warming plate turns off in 2 or 4 hours. (you can set which option). Buty you need to push the power button to turn the power off.

A: #4 cone. Mine came with a reusable gold tone filter (no promises that the current models come with one). DO NOT use them both at the same time.

It's a leaker!
I’ve now purchased three of these coffee makers because I genuinely love the design — especially the removable water reservoir, which lets me fill it straight from the faucet without any spills. The machine is convenient, easy to use, and brews great coffee. Unfortunately, every single unit has developed the same problem: leaking from inside the machine during brewing. It starts out fine, then eventually water ends up all over the counter. After three identical failures, I can’t justify buying another one, no matter how much I like the features. It’s disappointing, because this could have been the perfect coffee maker if not for the recurring leak issue.

Very disappointed with this unit. I had a Ninja for the last several years and loved it. This one is Very slow, lets the coffee brew without the lid being closed so the water goes into the carafe without going through the coffee making tea looking coffee. It is supposed to be able to brew less than full pot, that doesn’t work.

Read reviews. That’s right 7 months old and it does leak. Target stated that I need to contact ninja of issue. Target won’t exchange. I works really great but leaks and ruined counter that is made of wood

Great if you only like your small appliances to last about a year.
Coffee pot was great until it wasn’t. A little after a year of use, you could no longer switch between rich or classic brews. It stayed stuck on rich. Kept using it and 3 months after that the product wouldn’t brew correctly. We ran clean cycles, powered off, and disconnected the power. Nothing worked and now it’s useless. If you don’t mind buying a replacement every year this is the product for you. If you would like something that has a longer shelf llfe, look for something different.

Disappointed to say the least
I loved this coffee pot but here we are a year and a half later and the “Delay Brew” button is broken. That’s the most used feature we use. Customer service is difficult to reach.

I received it broken. I need to return it but of course I don't have a printer. It came several days late from what they said in the first place. If I wasn't sick I would went to the store and bought myself. Now I have to find a way to return it being that I can't print the label. Nothing but a hassle with this. By the way it's a piece of junk too. Don't buy.

This is my second time purchasing this coffee machine. The first one lasted 3+ years with no issues until one of the gaskets wore down and it started leaking. Easy to maintain with the “Clean” mode. Love that it beeps when it’s done because I get distracted easily and used to forget I even made a pot. Takes anywhere from 5-8 min for half a pot. On the longer side, but the taste more than makes up for it. I’ve always used Folgers regardless of machine but the Ninja elevated the flavor with its brewing technique. 10/10 would recommend especially if you can snag it on sale! Cons: Not a fan of the silver stainless steel, would prefer color/finish options such as black stainless steel or similar. The brew options are great and the flavor it gives is amazing ✨✨

It leaked again
Leak problem: I have bought this coffee maker ×2. The 1st purchase: loved it untill a year later it started leaking from under the maker. I replaced it. The 2nd purchase: The leak appeared about a year later. The leak was the exactly the same. From under it somewhere. I cant purchase the coffee maker again. Its sad, it brews a great cup. The water reserve is perfect because you can see in it, it can be removed collecting water. It makes it easy to clean. Its has a excellent brew time. Keeps coffee warm. I shouldn't have to set the maker in a shallow pan so water does not leak all over the counter top.

Worthless
I expected much better. Outwardly, it looks good. I've had mine 3 years. The LCD display quit after little over a year so I just use it as a cheap coffee maker without any programmable features. The hinged lid and water sprayer is poorly deslgned. Hot water leaks out and goes around the filter basket into the caraffe, bypassing the grounds and making a watery coffee. It also means that when you remove the caraffe while brewing, the water still keeps coming down onto the hot plate.

Broke after 2 years
We liked this coffee maker but only had it for 2 years when suddenly the reservoir began leaking. I contacted product support and they said we’d need to replace the reservoir, but after paying for the part and shipping it would cost half as much as a new one. I don’t feel confident it would last us much longer until having another problem so we are getting a different one instead.
