Q: Is the cold brew option good? How is the flavor of the coffee? Is it worth it to buy this model to get the cold brew option too?

  • A: It's not cold brew, it's just hot coffee that you're supposed to pour over ice. I don't think it's really worth it, honestly.

Q: what is the safety features for this? Is there an automatic shut off button? I'm moving into a college dorm and their rule was an auto off switch was needed. I want an ice coffee option though.

  • A: Thank you for your question! The K-Elite Coffee Maker is factory set to automatically turn off 2 hours after the last brew. However, you can program it to shut off in 15 minute increments. To do this, click the settings button until a moon icon appears on your screen. Then use the up or down arrow to turn the auto-off functionality "ON". Once the screen shows "ON", click the settings button again and use the up and down arrows to set your preferred time to turn off - from 15 mins to 2 hrs. To disable the Auto-Off function, scroll through using the arrow keys until "OFF" appears on the screen. The moon icon will no longer appear on the screen. We hope this helps!

I love my new Keurig! I love coffee, but I’m not crazy about it to the point that I need to purchase a nespresso or some super fancy machine. I like one cup for taste and a little pick me up so the Keurig is perfect for me. It’s so simple and easy to use. I love the brushed slate color as it looks great with my other kitchen appliances. Not sure why other people complain that it “sucks”. Maybe take better care of it?

I am enjoying the bigger water tank on this model, I don’t have to fill it as often during the day. My husband likes the stronger brew feature and adjustable water temperatures, the higher temp keeps my coffee from cooling off so quickly now that the weather has changed. I haven’t had chance to try the iced coffee or tea feature yet but am looking forward to it.

I bought this coffee maker a couple of weeks ago because my previous one had the descale light came on and I couldn't get it working again after numerous attempts. I love Keurig machines and decided to try a different model, so far so good. Let's hope I don't have a similar problem with this coffee maker.

While the appearance is much nicer, the old Keurig made much better tasting coffee. I wish I still had the old one to use instead of this one. Maybe it's something I'm doing wrong, but the coffee does not taste the same (as good).

Bought to replace exact same one that finally wore out. Unfortunately I'm finding coffee grounds in my brew. Not a lot but I have to run it through a strainer before drinking. It doesn't happen every time. I hope it just goes away.

The matte white is very slightly off white which looks perfect in a primarily white kitchen. Yes it has a black cord and wish it were white too but overall does not bother us too much. We haven't had it long enough to know how sturdy it is but so far the coffee is excellent and it is easy to clean.
