We bought our Keurig at the new Target in West Chester. Although we've owned Keurigs for about 20 years, this (finally) has so many pluses on it that the older models never had. 1) There are 5 punctures heads that go into the top of the pod instead of just 1. 2) There is (finally) a handle on the plastic water container to make filling sooo much easier. 3) Also options for a stronger brew, brewing over ice and a de-scaling warning. We're having so much fun with it. Big improvement.

complete piece of garbage. Bad enough they're all overpriced water warmers, this thing can't detect water half the time and you have to unplug it, take the pod out, put it back in, plug it in, turn it on, and after doing that 4 or 5 times it will finally work. Its such high quality it spreads the coffee all over the counter and inside the machine. Just buy $20 coffee maker, none of these are worth their inflated prices

Does NOT work right.
Very frustrating to try to get this to work right. Three different people tried and there was no success to have one cup of coffee. It stops with less than half that you selected. If you select 12 oz. you get maybe 8 oz.

This is a great little coffee maker. I enjoy the fact you can move the reservoir to the back to make it even more streamlined. It fits my small space well. I also enjoy the strong brew feature. Only wish it would make a 14oz size.

Keurig sucks in general.
They will write on the box that you are purchasing a Keurig K-Supreme but it is not written anywhere on the machine itself. What they write is K910. Further more, I created the account to ensure I can find the correct model.. .guess what... the site doesn't tell me what model I registered.. only the serial number. Furthermore, if you buy their universal pod so you can grind your own coffee... well, the Keurig universal pod drips all over the side of the pod. It doesn't just come out the bottom even when properly sealed. Dont try to read support... nothing written but if you ask Chat GPT... it will tell you that it is likely that your coffee is too fine for the universal pod. This is the last time I ever buy Keurig.

Replacement stopped working before the year
I purchased this as a gift. First attempt at using it and it didn't work. Filed a warranty claim and got it replaced. 9 months later and it has completely stopped working. Don't recommend.

Keurig Warranty
Keurig stands behind their warranty! My K-Supreme died a month before the 1-year warranty expired. Once I contacted the company and provided the requested info, my claim was approved and my replacement machine was received with 4 business days!

I purchased this machine in April of 2024 and it already isn't working properly. After watching YouTube and seeking AI help amongst other things, it's kaput. This is our second Keurig that we've gone through, first of this model.

Bought this for guests to use. It was used about 8 times in a year and today we pulled it out and it turned on for a bit , smelled like burning plastic, and then never turned back on. Very disappointing
