This machine spits coffee all over while brewing. Whether using k cups or the refillable cups. It often misfunctions and wastes coffee by dumping grounds in the cup while brewing. It's horrible!

I have purchased several of the K-Supreme single serve coffee makers over the last few years. I have always been satisfied with the performance. The only time I ever experienced a problem with a new (4 month) purchase, I was concerned and contacted Keurig right away. My coffee maker was replaced within days, and at no additional cost to me. Keurig is definitely on my list of companies that takes care of its customers!

I’ve had this thing for 2 months and the thing is stuck in descale mode and takes 4/5 pods to make a full cup of coffee… I’ve descaled it 3 times… ran plain water through it 4 times and “reset” it twice. Garbage. I’ll never buy Keurig again
