Second one - 10 days ago, Verified purchaser
The first unit (K supreme) lasted 4 months. Returned and replaceced with second unit that 14months. Same issue with both units, started smelling like burnt plastic plastic and then quit working. Parents had the same issue as me. Called about the issue and was told it was out of warranty but they would give me 25% off the same unit. Wouldnt waste my monet, there are other products with better quality.

Our Keurig just died 1 year, 2 months and two days after we purchased it. 2 months and two days past the warranty.😡

Couldn’t get descale light to go off even after numerous treatments and finally it began shutting off on its own. Call to Kerri Can was very helpful and warranty replacement was fast and easy.

This is the third Keurig Supreme model and they are all doing the same thing not making a full cup of coffee and splashing all over the place as it making coffee! Wish they would have kept the same design!

It’s really hard to write a great review when the coffee machine burned out in less than one year. I’ll say it worked great until it didn’t. Having said that getting a warranty replacement was fairly quick and painless. I will say always register your machine or save your receipt. The replacement machine is working fine.
