    horrible

    love the concept. stops working after 5 months or so. Keurig sent me a new one under their warranty...same thing quit working after a few months! 2 pots in 11 months!

    Great purchase for families or multiple coffee drinkers in the home

    I bought the Keurig K-Duo last year after Christmas and it has been the best purchase. The options for a pot of coffee or single serve are perfect for our family. The iced coffee option is also great. It is easy to clean. The speed to brew 10 cups of coffee is only a few minutes. It is easy to use too. I purchased this when it was on sale and it is worth it

    Great, Versatile Coffee Maker

    Great, versatile coffee maker. Requires a lot of grounds to make a strong enough pot, but it tastes fantastic. Love the strong brew and iced coffee features. The larger water reservoir is appreciated as well. My only criticisms are the timer can be a bit confusing at first, and the coffee doesn't always seem to brew the exact same amount when brewing a pot.

    Not made the same.

    Compared to my last Keurig, that I had for years and loved, this is made with very flimsy , cheap materials. The pod coffee does not get hot. Even when I press hot. The brewer coffee tastes bad. Old. Currently looking for someone to give it to so I can purchase another brand. Good bye ole friend

    I had an earlier Keurig Duo coffee maker. I'm happy to report that this one actually brews a full carafe (12 cups). The earlier version I had did not. Haven't tried the ice coffee option.

    pleased - exactly what we expected

    The unit is exactly what we expected - simple & works well, looks nice on the countertop, easy to figure out. There is no water filter included if you’d expect it to be - we use our Culligan filtered water anyway. Hoping this unit lasts awhile. We previously had one of the single K cup brewers & it stopped working after about 7 months.

    Better than Gen 1

    I purchased the coffee maker after my Gen 1 decided to go flakey on me, by not dispensing the same number of ounces I selected. Instead of 12 cups in the carafe I would get any amount other than 12. same with cups. The Gen 2 is so much better. I like the instant response rather than waiting for it to heat the water, before dispensing. I now get consistent amounts of beverages. At this point in time I am very happy with my purchase. That being said, I am disappointed that the coffee maker didn't come with a water filter, no was any mention of one in the literature. Also, when I want to switch from coffee to hot water for tea, I have to do a 6 ounce flush to clear any left over coffee grounds in the head. I feel the pro's far outweigh the con's in this case. If it were not for the con's, this machine would have received a 5 star raiting.
