A:Â It looks great on our kitchen counter and uses very little counter space. HOWEVER, our machine had some type of fire because it was smoking. I cannot get any help from Keurig.

Q: I am on my 3rd Keurig. They only seem to last for 1 or 2 years. I descale them as required but something always seems to go wrong. You guys should probably warranty these units for more than 1 year

A:Â Thank you for your question. The K-Supreme coffee maker has a preset brew temperature to optimize taste. A beverage of 6, 8, 10, or 12 oz will dispense at 170F (average) in cup. The Over Ice feature will brew 6oz at a lower temperature optimized for iced beverages. We hope this helps!

A:Â Thanks for your questions! The K-Supreme coffee maker comes with one water filter and it will start brewing within 15-20 seconds of pressing brew button and normal brewing time is up to 3 minutes depending on the size and if the strong brew was selected. Hope this helps!

Leaking around the K-Cup

This is my 2nd Keurig in two years and both have been terrible. This last one I purchased in September 2021 and it has not been working correctly for two months now. I have cleaned everything, but the Keurig is still leaking around the K-Cup holder and no coffee will come out...only water.

Was wanting a Keurig for a very long time. I did notice upon opening, it looked like it had been used already though. There were a few coffee splats on the head of the machine. Thought about returning, but opted to keep since it worked fine when testing it out. Happy to be able to make a quick cup of coffee in the mornings!

I bought ths coffeemaker a year ago and after descaling 3 times the third time it would not turn on after. Tried everything would not work. Called kuerig tey were wonderful sending a new one and very helpful.. i worry when I descale it will be ok after. My first one I had five years. I take good care of my kuerig and other appliances.

My Keurig just kind of died one day and it was a month or two out of warranty. I emailed the company and they so graciously replaced my Keurig within a week. I am so appreciative of their wonderful and professional customer service and enjoy their product very much.

This was a second warranty replacement of ones that did not work right. The Keurig personnel were great during the whole warranty replacement process. Great customer service. I hope this one works because it makes a good cup of coffee fast.
