Difficult to load with reusable Keurig single pods
I received this machine as a Christmas present and am very disappointed in its performance. I purchased reuseable pods so I can use my favourite brand of coffee. These pods do not work well with the machine.

Defective
It was easy to setup. But the oz measurements were off. I had to check with measuring cup. My regular cups were never filled. I like the space saving water reservoir that helped but it seems to drain to much water. I liked the color for my kitchen but I like the supreme colors better for my kitchen. I brought it 11/28/25 It stopped working 12/26/25. Not even a month. SMHH I took it back. It's defective. Glad I didn't have to wait a year. I have a regular Keurig at work. Pour water in and brewing is good. No I wouldn't recommend this new system. Stay with the old one. I would like to test the next system free of charges.

The coffee maker has the option to use a reusable K cup which is purchased separately. The tank has a handle on it which is convenient. It is easy to select size, type/ strength of coffee. Overall for the price it is a good buy.

Buyer beware, this machine is trash. I bought this on 11/9/2024 after the first one I bought stopped working just over a year of owning it. I only use this machine during winter months, then clean it and pack it away. I just unpacked newest one on 12/10/2025 and it got very hot and started smoking while descaling it. I now won't turn on. Customer service told me there was nothing they could do since the one year warranty has expired (just one month ago). Horrible. Why would I ever by another one?

Great cup of coffee quick
So far so good. I like the different size cup choices as well as the ability to make a stronger brew. However, this is probably my 5th Keurig coffee maker, it’s such a shame that they don’t last longer. I hope this one doesn’t stop working as soon as my warranty ends!
