Q: Is there another method of cleaning the machine besides using this descaling product? I’m leary now about getting this stuff because I have read the numerous reviews that the machine broke after using the descaling product.

This item 1 rate 0. And it would not let me remove the 1 star. It was cancelled and I never got informed. No one texted me or sent an email. I had no idea the driver was here until my husband saw him. This is the first time it’s happened. And I just recently signed up for yearly membership for my deliveries. I would have liked to know from Shipt. Now I am waiting for my receipt. I’m very disappointed with this delivery. Everything else was just fine.

It ruined my machine, the coffee takes horrible now. No matter how many times I filter the water out, it just tastes horrific and makes my stomach hurt every time I try to mane new coffee.

Easy to use. Instructions are a little sparse. Number of clear rinses were not clear and I used instructions for the liquid form of descale fir number of rinses. I used this on an older model which did not have a screen to see descale instructions.
