The Keurig® HyperChiller® Iced Coffee Maker turns hot coffee from your Keurig® brewer into iced coffee in as quickly as ONE minute. Simply chill and pour over ice. The HyperChiller® Iced Coffee Maker works by exposing the hot coffee to a massive surface area of ice inside the product, while protecting it from getting watered down with two layers of food-grade stainless steel -- so there's zero dilution while chilling. Make delicious iced coffee in just three steps: BREW coffee into the HyperChiller®, CHILL the coffee inside by gently swirling it around for 60 seconds, and POUR the coffee into your regular glass over ice and enjoy. You can even use it two times in a row before cleaning. When you're done, just stick it back in the freezer for next time. Easy Cleanup: POUR water through the lid. Give it a SWIRL. POUR it out into the sink.

  • A: Thank you for your question. Once the HyperChiller is filled according to the initial assembly instructions, place the HyperChiller upright in freezer until frozen solid, minimum 12 hours. NEVER place the HyperChiller on its side or at an angle when freezing to prevent leaking or cracking due to uneven freezing. We hope this helps!

    doesn't last

    Only stayed together once or twice. The parts come apart in the freezer no matter how tight you screw it all together. I have not overfilled the water either! With use, it just is not useful.

    Too complicated to be worth it

    We have a Keurig that says it makes iced coffee. Turns out you just add a lot of ice to a glass and it brews a little less regular coffee a little stronger and melts some of the ice as it goes into the cup to make iced coffee. I was hoping for something that wouldn't melt all the ice in my cup once I put the coffee in, so I got this. It still melts the ice, even when I let it sit in the chiller for a few minutes. Basically it's the same as what I already have, just a heck of a lot more complicated to use. I was going to send it back, but you have to pay for shipping it back, and it wasn't worth the shipping cost, so now it's just sitting in my freezer. Maybe I'll use it for some other drink I want chilled, but it wasn't worth it for my coffee.

    Great for cooling coffee for iced drinks

    I love that it cools my coffee down before I put it in my glass over ice. Then it doesn't dilute the coffee.

    Great product!

    Crap, don’t buy

    This thing sucks! First time I put it in the freezer following the directions, the lid popped off and wouldn’t go back in. So brewing coffee in it was a mess. Second time I decided to freeze it without the bottom cup attached. Next day I attached the bottom cup and brewed 8 oz of coffee into it. It freaking overflowed all over my counter! I won’t be using this piece of crap again.

    Not top rack safe

    Not top rack safe. I put it on the top rack before my first use and now the top won’t go back on correctly since it’s warped. Don’t waste your money.

    Love it!

    This is Great! It took me a little bit to figure out how to put it together, with water and all. I can chill 2 12oz glasses of tea before putting it back in the freezer. The lid gets frozen on, so I just rinse it out after using; dry off the outside and stick it back in the freezer.
