Q: Do you need the water filter holder to use the filter cartridges? I noticed this kit does not come with one and my keurig (k compact) does not have one built in. Are the filters compatible with my model and if so, how do I use them?

A: If you choose to use the water filter cartridges, you will need the water filter handle in order to attach the filter in the water reservoir. The K-Compact coffee maker is compatible with the Keurig Short Handle Water Filter Kit. We hope this helps!

Too complicated …the bar code takes several minutes to read. Can’t automatically turn on as previous models could. To schedule brew, need your phone. On the plus side it heats water up very quickly so scheduling is not as important as previous models

The products are fine but but for some reason it shipped me 4 orders a few days apart and they refuse to refund so i can keep all our machines cleans for a decade. Even after i called i recieved another order? Ridiculous!

Need more prominent/clearer info that the "DESCALING INSTRUCTIONS" are BEHIND the bottle's "peel back" label ... I've been having a frequent BAD ODOUR and YELLOWING in the brewed water. I don't use pods IN the brewer, just for instant hot water. I have had to descale & rinse many times, but a short time later this gross tainting continues to occur. I purchased the "Keurig K-Elite Single-Serve System" on November 16, 2020 (ORDER #228532577). I had a "Keurig B60 - Special Edition Brewing System" for approx 13 years with NO issues and FAR less descaling required (its dispensing of water sizes became inconsistent, which was why I purchased the K-Elite - LOVE the clock & settings features). However, what is going on with this K-Elite Brewer that is causing this smell & yellowing of the brewed water? It goes in fresh & CLEAN after 15-Stages of filtration but comes out of the brewer smelling and yellowish ...

I have descaled this coffee maker 3 times and the descale light still continues to flash. I was in contact with customer service and they walked me through the process (I had already done the same things as I am capable of reading). It's still flashing. I don't think it is the solution but the machine itself.

I am happily with this kit. Contains everything you need to keep your machine running and clean. I recommend this. Instructions would have been helpful, but I YouTube videos. This is my first keurig, so I have never tried any maintenance on coffee machines before.

The product itself is great but I took away a star because the instructions (which are under the label) did not specify to put the Keurig in descale mode. When the light was still flashing I googled and it needed to be put in descale mode, needed to look up my particular brewers user manual because who knows where it is now. Ended up rushing through a descaling cycle to get the light off so I could go to bed. This was supposed to be a quick thing. But once I did the descale cycle properly the light did turn off. I will use again. Now I know what needs to be done. Oh I have the k-supreme and you have to press the 8oz and 12oz buttons while the machine is OFF to turn on the descale mode. Add the full bottle of descaler and fill the reservoir to the max line. Then when the machine tells you to add water fill to the max line again with fresh water (dump any remaining water on the reservoir first) and just keep dumping the coffee cup and starting a brew cycle. It will drain the reservoir to almost empty and then the light will quit flashing.

I found it to be easy to use, but the instructions don't necessarily jive with other Keurig guidance. This is perhaps a problem of one care kit being used on multiple models. I am most frustrated with not be able to get the descale alert to turn off on my Keurig Slim. I think it's because this product didn't tell me about the magic pushing of 2 buttons before treatment ensued. Now the alert is irritating and no longer useful in telling me when to descale: oh well, back to writing it on the calendar...

I used this produce bundle but it did not descale my coffee machine as advertised. It wasn’t until I used a paper clip and cleaned out the 6 needles/small holes did I notice a difference in brew speed and taste. Next time I’ll use white vinegar and my trustee paper clip.

A great deal and great value for your Keurig K-Cup Supreme; HOWEVER, the instructions were not clear. For example; where the carbon filter goes and how to install it and when during or after? Descaling process! Also, if the old filter is supposed to stay in during the process. I’m assuming that I should use half the bottle and half of everything else provided in my kit.
