This lasted less than a month. leaking the water out at the botton of the machine, none going into the cup. Purchased this because of the size which would take up min. space. waste of my money. Had paid cash and misplaced the receipt.

If you actually like hot coffee, skip this
This machine is NOT it. It doesn't heat up very warm so if you're adding any creamer or milk- you'll have cold coffee. The capacity stinks- can't even take a full mug of water. The color is cute and that's where the good ends. Would NOT recommend. I've had cheap ones that work far better than this junk.

if you want a chore, then you've found your machine
I've replaced this machine three times in the past four months. Machine one burned out right after return policy expired, a year exactly into ownership. Bought new machine, which burned out right after store return policy expired, so had to go directly to Keurig. Trouble shooting pre-coffee twice and 30 minutes later, they decided to send me a new machine. Had to either buy a new coffee maker waiting for it to ship or buy coffee out, picked up a 20 dollar Mr coffee as a backup in the meantime. New machine came. Peeved it wasn't the color I originally bought but whatever, first world problem, happy to have coffee. Two weeks later and I had to call Keurig again, new machine burned out. They refuse to refund defective machine or send an alternate machine or provide a store credit. I foresee a lifetime relationship between Keurig and me, where I continuously return this machine every 2 weeks to 2 months when it dies yet again, because I refuse to accept a machine that burns out within its warranty and refuse to let them win with their defective merchandise. However, I don't recommend this strategy. Huge time waster with customer support and have to store two coffee machines to have a backup when you're a coffer drinker and that dang Keurig decides to ruin your morning yet again.

Poor performance.
Within a year, I have had two of these and both have broken down within six months each time. You can't take these apart to figure out what was wrong with it. I've done the proper cleaning and it still doesn't work properly so for the second time it's going in the trash. I will not purchase this again. Very disappointing that it doesn't last longer than that. The one positive note he does make a good coffee.

Don’t buy! I bought a Keurig, and it lasted at least a year. I bought another one, and it lasted less than a month. And I replaced it yet again with Keurig, purchased it in September and it only lasted for 20 days! I’m not buying Keurig anymore

They only last a few months.
This is garbage, but the only one that fits our needs. We need one that's single serve and small enough to store in the cupboard when done making coffee. We have to keep buying these once or twice a year. They work great for a few months then stop. This is our fourth and need to get another one. It just stops heating the water. If there was another brand that makes single serve k-cups and can store when not using, we'd be all over it. According to the definition of insanity, it might apply to me because I keep buying them.

where did the water go
This is super cute and I dont mind that you have to fill every cup. The only thing I have found is that when you put water in and start the first cup the water disappears and you get no coffee. you have to fill twice for one cup of coffee.
