Only but this if you like throwing away money
Negative stars if that was an option. Lasted 4 whole months. We bought a Keurig years ago and that one did not last long either. Purchasing this one was a second chance. Lesson learned to spend my money on better brands that make quality products. This brand sucks and is not worth buying.

not like it used to be
I had the older version of this Keurig for 3 years and it was great. It was used it at least 3x a day by the whole family. Bought this to replace it and it made it 11 days before the brew button got stuck and has now rendered the machine useless. junk and cheap feeling compared to my old one.

Cute and compact but unreliable and not long-lasting
Pros: The matte warm white color is adorable and blends in perfectly with our kitchen. The size is compact. Removable water reservoir is a plus. Our household appreciated the different brew sizes. Cons: We got only 6 months of reliable use from the machine. For the past couple months, it’s had moments of spurting and steaming - almost like it’s preparing to brew but then is unsuccessful. Today, I unplugged it and replugged it… and it never turned back on. Since we’re within the 1-year warranty period, I’ll be seeking a replacement. Wish me luck.

Worst product ever - breaks after a few uses
This is a HORRIBLE product - seriously do not buy!! It stopped working within ~15 uses. Bought a replacement thinking it was a fluke, and the new one broke again within a few weeks. Both broke in the same way - refilled the water, tried to brew a coffee, then all lights went off and there was a burning motor smell. Bad return policy too - couldn't return the first one that broke. Such a waste of money and so dissapointing as it had been super convenient the few times it worked!

Good for single person
Its ok, wish it had more than 3 settings my fault for not looking at pictures. Wish it held more water also. Good for a single person or someone who doesn't drink a lot of coffee. also wish water dispenser was on side.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed in this purchase. Coffee is filled with grounds after brewing. Machine is filled with grounds after brewing. Waste of money. Ice coffee doesn’t come out cold still bruise hot melts the ice in the cup. Then you have to add more ice which also mostly melts, then you have to sit and let it cool before you add a third serving of ice.

Loved it but died 23 months in
Great size bc the reservoir was in the back. A couple of times toward the end, when it made coffee, the coffee grounds in the pod went everywhere - what a sludgy mess. Just went to make a cup, made a long noise (it’s last breath) and now just won’t come back on. I hate that it’s already dead and headed for a landfill.

A definite upgrade
This replaced our old Keurig. This is a definite upgrade. Features I think are the best: fast, very hot water, iced drink feature, shuts off when the lid is lifted after brewing (our last one had auto-shutoff but it was after about 30 minutes), saving some energy. Make sure you have a counter space that accommodates the depth of the unit since the reservoir is at the rear. Unit has a narrow width, however so it doesn't take up much space.

Didnt even last 2 years
Purchased Oct 2023 and it didn’t even last two years. Went to use it today 9/20/25 and it blinked two times and turned off and I haven’t been able to get it to cut on and work. I’m heartbroken. I spent a lot of money for it not to even last long. Dang Keurig. Smh

I was told id get a code for half off coffee but they lied
