Good until it burned inside

I liked it when it worked! It was an upgrade from my single serve unit. Two days ago it stopped brewing, next day the descale light was on so did that process, today it died and was burning inside.

Did'nt even last a year

It didn’t last more then a year . I bought this less then year ago and it broke. One day I went to make a cup of coffee , no coffee came out but I smelled like something was burning so I put it outside. Later I brought it in, tried it again and it didn’t turn on. Put it outside again in fear it would catch on fire . Very disappointed. 😞

Ice Coffee Is Scalding Hot

Iced coffee is still extremely hot even when I brew over ice or put it in the fridge to cool off. The only reason I bought this was for the dual feature, just for iced to not work as advertised. Also standard reusable k-cup pods do not work for this machine. You’re restricted to using single use pods. Would’ve bought the mini if I knew this would cause me so many issues.

The Brew Over Ice feature automatically adjusts the brew temperature, starting hotter to help extract full flavor and then cooling down for less ice melt. The Keurig My K-Cup Universal Reusable Filter with MultiStream Technology is compatible with all current Keurig coffee makers. Please note, you may need to remove the 2.0 adapter on the bottom of the accessory and the K-Cup Holder in your brewer in order for it to fit properly. Save your money! I purchased 2 of these keurig in May 2023 for my summer properties. I stored one at my home for the winter and used the other at work, which did not get a lot of use. Both machines stopped working 3 weeks apart. Keurig replaced only one "one time courtesy" because both were just out of the 1 year warranty. I also had to ship the broken coffee machine back to Keurig, prepaid shipping. I'm not sure how many people keep their receipt and box. I had both which was required along with 14 pictures in an email. No, keurig didn't make it easy. Also, I'm convinced they sent me a refurbished keurig machine for these 2 reasons. Why else would they want the broken machine sent back, and YES, you guessed it, this keurig died after 4 weeks of moderate use! By the way, the only thing Keurig offered me after the 2nd machine died was 50% off a "new" keurig and 4 boxes of k cups...that you had to go through their customer service to order. I probably was going to get back the broken coffee machine I sent back to them and pay for it again! Of course, though, for only half the price. Oh, and this deal was only after I asked to speak to a manager...3 reps later. I was also told that there is no issue with this particular model and no one else had complained about this particular slim model, even though there are clearly negative reviews online.

Purchased a Keurig as a gift. It lasted a couple of months with limited usage. It then lost power and never worked again. The Keurig warranty people were very difficult to work with. The don’t listen and seem to work from a script. I was treated with mistrust. They failed to communicate adequately and ask for the same information over and over again. They make a decent product but they treat you very poorly when their product fails. The replacement took too long and they kept asking for the broken machine, but provided me no shipping information or labels. If you buy their product, you take your chances. Very poorly handled.

Light use, dead in less than a year

I've used the machine a handful of times, bought it for my office, and it worked great at first, but just under 8 months in, the machine is dead. I tried the iced coffee feature for the first time, and it started to run, then smelled like something burning, and won't even light up now after unplugging and plugging it back in.
