I thought the machine would run on demand I didn’t realize there was a separate tank that runs constantly to keep the water cool For the one or two iced coffees we make weekly it’s not worth it for this purchase considering how pricey this machine is

I like this machine but have a couple of caveats. The first is the fan on it is always running. It says 6 hours to get drinks ready for cold brew. I personally would just rather throw ice in it. It's not too noisy but a bit annoying. Secondly, I'm not a fan of the options for the cold brew from Keurig's website. The Strawberry Acai tastes like medicine. Seriously. The Swiss Miss chocolate is so watery by the time you're done it's not good. The Lipton iced teas are good but I'm looking elsewhere to purchase drinks. In hindsight I would have gone with a smaller coffee maker and skipped the cold brew.

Love this updated Keurig. Love having the option to brew hot or cold without having to dilute with ice or brew over ice. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars is that you can’t brew cold in a reusable K Cup to save on waste. You can brew hot in a reusable K Cup. Would be nice to see Keurig brand coffee in a bag with a reusable K Cup for cold brew. Saving landfills from plastic cups. Let's be honest not everywhere will they recycle the cups.

Takes FOREVER to chill the water. Also makes a huge mess of the inside of the pod holder, so you basically have to clean it after every cup of iced coffee

Not cold water but rather room temp water. The blue lights keep on flashing for a whole week. No cold water whatsoever. Waste of money. I do not recommend.

This is my fourth Keurig and I am very disappointed. I don't find this to be any different then just using my other Keurig for the cold drinks. Also I have had several times now where the kcup would have the tea leaves all inside the machine when doing cold brew.
