Q: Why is it not mentioned under troubleshooting that the machine will not brew cold if you use non-standard k-cups?
A: Thank you for reaching out! The K-Brew & Chill is designed to work with most K-Cup pods available on the market. The only pods it does not work with are mesh pods, which may interfere with the brewing process—especially when making cold beverages. If you're experiencing any issues, please don’t hesitate to contact our Consumer Care team at 866-901-2739. They’ll be happy to assist you and ensure your brewer is working as expected.

Q: Should this one have come with a filter like the other Keurigs I’ve had?
A: The K-Brew+Chill coffee maker is compatible with the Keurig Tall Handle Water Filter Starter Kit, however, it is sold separately. This is an optional accessory and not required in order to use the coffee maker. We hope this helps Jill!

A: Thank you for your question. The K-Brew + Chill Coffee Maker is compatible with a wide range of K-Cup pods, including Refresher, tea, and iced varieties. We hope this helps!

Q: Do you need to use “iced” labeled k cups for cold coffee or will any k cup work?
A: Thank you for your question. You don’t need to use "iced" labeled K-Cup pods with the K-Brew+Chill coffee maker. Any Keurig K-Cup pod can be used to brew cold coffee. The brewer features QuickChill Technology, which starts with a hot brew to extract full flavor, then rapidly chills the coffee to deliver a refreshing iced-style beverage We hope this helps!

Q: How much power does the K-Brew+Chill use in standby mode while keeping the chill chamber fully charged? The fan seems to be running 24/7.
A: Thank you for your question. The exact power usage during this time can vary depending on the cooling mode selected. If the brewer is in Normal Charging Mode (with the Quiet button off and the fan running), it will continue to draw power to keep the chill chamber fully charged. The brewer is UL-rated for up to 1,520 watts during peak operation. For quieter and more energy-conscious operation, you can press the Quiet button once to reduce fan speed, or press it twice to turn off cooling altogether. We hope this helps!
