    Great product

    My husband retired so he wanted his coffee a lot later than me. This coffee maker lets us have hot coffee at our own ti.e.frames using the coffees we like. The brother is a fun tool for me to add milk

    Look elsewhere, do not buy.

    Perhaps the worst single serve coffee maker on the market. It has not once made the correct amount of coffee based on the selected volume, it has always taken a business year to make a cup of coffee (realistically 4 + minutes…) and it has always heated the water so hot that any grounds used are burnt and the coffee tastes terrible. That’s all fine, it’s a cheap coffee maker and I can get over it. But after just 1.5 months of owning this thing it’s begun leaking all over the counter from an internal part that is surely not replaceable. That’s where I had to draw the line and write this review. The built in frother has always worked at least. DO NOT BUY!!

    You cannot use the reusable k cup pods with this machine

    ****(Be aware you cannot use the refillable k-cups with this machine.) *** They could have easily make the Ninja pod adapter where it took the refillable pods but nope. There is a permanent type brew basket filter with this Ninja to brew 6-24 oz of coffee so you could make individual cups that way or buy an insulated cup that holds a couple cups of coffee. There are options to get around the problem but it needs to be printed on the box that it will not take the K-cup pods. (I had originally had a Keurig big machine that was great. I tried replacing it with the Keurig mini but that thing caused electrical issues making lights dim n increase while it brewed!!😱)

    Great machine!

    I’ve had this for almost 16 months now and it has been a great coffee maker. It’s quick and efficient. A couple things: 1). It is noisy; 2) the attached frother thing is not useful because it can’t be detached for cleaning (or if it can I haven’t figured that out). I did purchase disposable small coffee filters for the grounds basket which makes things a lot easier. All in all this has been way better than my previous Keurigs and I like that you can choose pod or brewed.

    Not quite what I expected. Much more “stripped down” than I it would be expect with the name Ninja. Makes good coffee, but it deals with attachments and peripherals ina klutzy manner.

    Good maker poor support

    We have had this coffee maker for since August and we use it daily. What we have noticed is a green deposit at the base of the water reservoir within the sealed unit. How can you clean this ? You cannot get to it. We also notice that spare parts for this maker are not available. Very disappointed.

    We are really enjoying this coffee pot! Love that you can use the hot water to make tea or coffee. Contacted Ninja when coffee pot was not working correctly, and they sent me a new one since it was still under the warranty. Go Ninja !!

    Bought about 1 yr ago. Still brewing well. Can’t say that about another popular brand I was replacing yearly in spite of routine cleaning with “kits” sold by maker . Very happy with purchase. Generally very pleased with Ninja brand and support !

    Piece of crap don’t waste your money. Brewed extremely slow, continuously drips after brewing is complete. And after six months just quit working. Stick to air fryers.

    No good

    The buttons do not turn on anymore. I’ve owned it less than a year and cleaned it like I was supposed to and now it just stopped working. I’ve tried different outlets and it doesn’t turn on at all. Would not buy again!

    I love my Coffee maker......

    This is actually a replacement. I LOVE IT!!! I love having a choice of either Grounds or PODs. OH and having a frother attached and the other features makes it even more fantastic. I'm so glad I chose this Ninja Coffee maker.

    Worked for 20 months

    I loved this little snappy unit! Used from August 2024-February 2026 when it started to beep at me and refused to brew. Yes, I did the cleaning/brew cycle routine regularly.

    1 year and still works perfecrly

    LOVE THIS PRODUCT! I don’t understand the negative reviews. IMHO they used it incorrectly. 1st, the frother is just that, froths. Of course there will be no heat (reviewer who complained about that was out of it). 2nd, overloading the basket will, of course, cause spilling of grounds. 3rd, maybe the cause of spilling is a dirty straw or needle. I bought mine a year ago and is still working perfectly! Will buy another one on the next sale.

    Ninja Coffee Maker looks great but starts dripping after a few months

    I really liked this Ninja coffee maker at first. It looks very nice on the counter, the design is modern, and the coffee tastes good. It’s also easy to use and doesn’t take much space, which I liked. However, after a few months of use, I started having a problem that is very annoying. After the brewing process finishes, the machine keeps dripping coffee for a long time. Even when the cup is removed, it still leaks drops from the spout and makes a mess on the tray. I clean the machine regularly and take good care of it, so I don’t think this should be happening so soon. For the price, I expected better durability. It’s not a terrible coffee maker, but the dripping issue makes it frustrating to use every day. Pros: ✔ Nice design ✔ Good coffee ✔ Compact size Cons: ✘ Keeps dripping after brewing ✘ Gets messy on the tray ✘ Started after only a few months Overall, I would give it 3 stars. Looks good, works ok, but quality could be better.

    It is awesome!

    Love this - it's so easy to switch from pods to ground coffee with everything you need to make the switch in the coffee maker machine. As well as easy to clean after using the grounds. They really thought of everything. Comes out hot, fast and so simple to use. Tastes great too. Also so slim and compact compared to my previous Keurig machine.

    Frequent clean light error

    I bought this product a few weeks ago and the clean cycle light goes off every 3rd time I brew coffee. I have fully and properly completed the clean cycle 2 times. I'm not sure if I got a lemon product or if this is something others have experienced. While I love the machine, design, and features, I am uncertain of the accuracy of the clean light going off so frequently. I have tried using different settings but the light keeps going off every 3rd time I use it.

    Maybe my favorite coffee maker of all time.

    I love this coffeemaker so much. It is so well designed and easy to use. I've had it for many months now and it continues to work flawlessly. I only use filtered water and I have never had to run a cleaning cycle. But the machine will tell me when I should which is very convenient. It makes very good coffee and I like that I can use my own grounds or coffee pods. I love that I can froth my own creamer. Everything is easy to clean. And funny, while I was writing this review the coffeemaker made a soft beep several times and I wondered why only to realize that it was alerting me that the water level was low. The beeping sound is not bothersome at all, very soft.
