I’m surprised this has high reviews because it makes the weakest cup of coffee. I give it two stars because it is convenient to make one cup of coffee at a time.

Very slow shipping, coffee maker is also slow takes forever once you turn it on to start very basic one cup coffee maker I do like how little room it takes up tho and I do like the clean look of the coffee maker

I never write reviews but had to on the single cup coffee maker. I love this machine! It's compact, the color is great and it produces a perfect cup of coffee with every use. I was spending too much $$ coffee with my French press because I don't tend to drink the entire pot (and could never get the proportions right for a single cup). The willow produces just what I need!

Worked great until it suddenly stopped working. Cleaned it regularly and it didn't even last 6 months.

Very easy to use and comes out hot

I have very mixed feelings about this coffee maker. It looks very nice. The color and the design are beautiful. Unfortunately the coffee brewed with the basket for ground coffee has a horrible taste. I don’t know why but it tastes like I brewed it in the microwave. Also the basket for ground coffee always smells of chemicals after use. I don’t know what kind of plastic it is made of. The basket for the k-cups is made from a different type of plastic but it also smells of chemicals after use. The coffee tastes a little better when brewed from k-cups but still much worse compared to my old coffee maker from a different brand. I miss my old coffee maker but it has been out of stock for a while now so I am stuck with this one. I don’t recommend it.

I’m so annoyed sent me a sang immersion blender instead! I’ve been drinking instant coffee because my machine broke. It was later than expected then sent wrong thing! This company is the worse is all I can assume. I had to order a new machine same day delivery keurig and pay a tip . That’s what I get for trying a different company. Lesson learned

Bought one a few months ago. I was very impressed with the quality and performance. So much so, I bought a second one for my vacation home even tho my old coffee machine was just fine. Love the colors and styling. Looks so cute next to the matching kettle!

My original purchase was months ago through the VA. When my product started to malfunction, I reached out and explained what happened. Shortly afterwards, I received a replacement coffee machine. Such a great product! And not the only appliance I from from Willow!!

I love this coffeemaker. Perfect size for my small office. The ability to brew with the pod reservoir and the drip basket are awesome.!

Great and easy. I can use any coffee pod ir add coffee to the coffee basket. But the coffee pod does not close anymore and I cannot seem a link to replace it. Also, the round rubber part that goes above the coffee pod. I can’t seem to find a way to replace that either. Such a bummer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a basic single serve coffee maker. I like that there are other colors to choose from. It works as expected. The coffee was good and it didn’t take forever brewing. I haven’t yet had to clean so I am not sure how easy it is to clean but should just be able to run vinegar through it . This is a perfect coffee maker for a college student, it takes up barely any counter space and is affordable. Id purchase for my college student !!

That being said, I think the Willow Single Serve Coffeemaker is pretty good but could use a couple of improvements. 1. It brews very hot, which is great because I find most instant brew makers results in moderately warm coffee. However, I think there should be a warning label maybe in the side of the brewer or on the cord somewhere that cautions that the coffee comes out really hot. Just so folks know to be mindful of the kind of glassware they should use. Not everyone reads the instructions (I do) so it’s better safe than sorry. 2. I also find that the basket for the coffee grounds is not secure. It’s hard to close and it does not create an even seal, including when there are no grounds in it. 3. The hinge is already weakened after just one use for the coffee basket. Not sure 100% what can be done to improve this but I know other companies have come up with similar concepts so I’m sure there’s a work around. 4. The button to open the machine is not easy. My mother who has arthritis had some difficulty with it. Also the lid does not shut down all the way, with or without a basket. Other than those things, the machine is lovely, it is very light, sleek and modern looking. And brews coffee very quickly. I hope that replacement parts will be available for purchase because as I mentioned above, the coffee ground basket is not going to make it for many brews ☹️ and that is one my favorite concepts of this brew maker. I do look forward to more eco friendly Willow products!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have recently switched from coffee to tea and used this with loose leaf tea and it worked great. Heats the water up very quickly and can fit up to 13 oz of water. It comes with 2 different containers' one being for any brand pods and one being a reusable filter cup. Simple and sleek design. I knocked off a star because the "open" tab for the lid is not user friendly. You have to push the tab in to open and then push it in again to close it which almost knocks the machine over if you push too hard. A thing I do like is the filter cup can sit on top of your cup to steep your tea after you run it. I think it's a nice machine and does what it's intended to.

It makes it quick. It's easy to clean. It's the perfect amount! If I want more It's really fast and simple! I got rid of my old one and only used this! It's the best!
