i've tried many times over the years of using this to puncture k-cups. but really i got it purely to use as a ground coffee maker. I put my own grounds into the filter basket and brew just fine. 2 Stars though because the k-cups do not puncture.

Works ok with grounds,have to brew a 2nd time to get aa decent size cup. K-cups are hit or miss as some brands the puncture does not go through to the coffee and you only get a cup of hot water.

Well i thought this was going to be easy to use. Nope The regular brew basket let's too much of the grounds in and so i decided to try k cups. Had to look up instructions because i threw them away! Keep your instructions and pay attention to how the buttons work and how the holder has to be or you will have water all over the place and wasted coffee.

This coffee maker works okay with grounds. It does not work well with kcups. The first kcup I made had tons of grounds in the coffee. The second kcup was very light brown. The kcup poker seems out of line.

ok so I was pretty impressed the first time but loading K cups is a joke it makes a mess total disaster, using ground coffee is ok but the coffee isn't hot maybe warm i wish i kept the box i would return it all i can say is JUNK

I just got this coffee maker, so I can't address its durability, but I have been happy with other Proctor Silex products. This single serve coffee maker only has a 10 oz tank and isn't tall enough for a travel mug to fit. Other than that, it seems to work well.

I am usually the only one in my home that drinks coffee so it works great for me to have a little pick me up in the mornings. I only use k cups and its easy to insert and press. The button down for the k cup to open.

It dont take up much space on your counter. It's very easy to clean and use. My only complaints are it's kinda noisy sometimes and I get coffee ground in my coffee cup somehow. My only problem is that I prefer a bigger cup of coffee in the morning with milk. When pouring water into it, you have to pour exactly as much as you need, otherwise it will overflow. I don't make coffee in it in general because I like to drink a bigger cup of coffee, but my kids use it almost every day to make tea or hot chocolate. Overall, I'm not entirely satisfied, but someone who likes black coffee will be very pleased.

I'm the only one in my household that drinks coffee, so this is perfect for me! Being single serve size, I never have to worry about making too much coffee at once. The coffee pot itself is small, so doesn't take up too much room. It brews my cup of coffee very quickly, which is even better on mornings I'm in a rush. It's easy to clean. The only thing I wish was different, is I wish it had a longer cord. Overall it's a great product!

It takes about 3 or 4 mins for it to make a cup of coffee. Just put the cup in its spot and wait. Couldnt ask for a better coffee pot since I only drink one mayb two cups a day. Saves me so much coffee.
