[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to use and smaller footprint. Saving a bundle making coffee at home. East maintenance. Coffee tastes great. Only complaint is the printed numbers on the "Ounces" buttons wear off. They should have molded the numbers into the button. But after using it regularly you know what's what anyway.

I love this amazing machine is five and one I mean honestly you couldn’t ask for more. I have a pot of coffee say one for four hours after pee program. It has iced coffee cake cup serving plus hot coffee cake cup serving 10 out of 10.

I will see how it goes. the water reservoir was moved to the side which was an improvement from being in the back

Just received it today; easy setup. Quick start guide made it easy to brew first cup. The number of options for the price are excellent.

Love how fast it makes our coffee. Also the options to use KC ups or basket brew or plastic pods is very helpful. The Bold brew option is a great way to step up a notch so good coffee’

We had to replace our Keurig, and we are very satisfied with the Flex Brew.

The Flex Brew Advanced 5-in-1 Coffee Maker makes a rich cup of coffee at a hot temperature. Having the option to make a whole pot or use a pod is perfect for my household of two. Now, when I have company I can make a full pot for us all. This takes up less counter space and has all of the functionality as the coffee maker I am replacing it with at a much better value. I love that it will be easier to clean too! Great product at an amazing value.

Ran a cycle of water through brand new never been used FlexBrew and there was white residue in carafe. Cleaned w vinegar per instructions. Water was clear. 4 more tries at plain water to rinse and white residue is worse. This is not hard water as this does not happen in the coffee maker I used previously I tried bottled water and it left the same white stuff? Afraid to make coffee until I know how to get rid of it.

So far so good, quick, hot and easy.. .except to register the model number I bought is not listed.. I used the one above it.

Love the coffee machine so far. The convenience of a single cup for day to day and then a pot for when we have guests is great.

I got a new flexbrew 5 in 1 12 cup drip coffee maker on 02/22/2025, I have ran cleaning on it several times, and it is still only putting out clear water.

It's only been a few days and the coffee pot is already not working properly. it's only giving 1 ounce of coffee. hopefully, the replacement works better.

This makes smooth brews and i love the cold coffee option to the hot pot. It was very easy to use straight out of the box. Buttons were easy and legible. Nothing too fancy but gets the job done. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What I liked about the FlexBrew® Single-Serve Iced & Hot Coffee Maker is the ability to use the coffee pods or use my own coffee in the versatile adapters. I love that I can just boil some hot water and it’s so fast and convenient. I love that I have options and I don’t have to splurge on coffee pods unless I want to. The only issue I had was that the needle got clogged right away, and it was hard to navigate the manual to find that issue and where to stick the pin to unclog, but once I figured it out. It was smooth sailing. I like that it doesn’t take up too much counter space and it’s easy to clean. I don’t need a full pot of coffee and this is great for me. I just wish it came with that clear cup in the picture, it’s slightly misleading.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I normally made my one large cup of coffee in the morning with a 4-cup coffee maker using 14-16 ounces of water & enough coffee grounds to make it strong. This FlexBrew allows me to put enough grounds in holder to make just as strong of coffee without requiring a filter which are hard to find for the 4-cup makers & the permanent filters for the 4-cup tend to be a pain to clean compared to this holder. I was ready to give this a 4-star because the + member at the outlet got plugged a couple times, but I just knocked it out with a chopstick to eliminate the problem. I understand the reason for the fitting to normalize the flow from the maker & eliminate splashing, but it works just as well without it so problem solved. I did have an overflow problem once when I used too fine of grounds & plugged up the filter, but I should have known better in the first place. If it was just me using the unit I wouldn't have to fill the reservoir as often, but my wife uses it to make hot water for her tea so even with 50 ounces we have to fill it daily which still isn't bad. My wife put her pod coffee maker in storage since she mainly used it for hot water & this one is just as fast and I didn't use hers because I had to use 2-3 pods to get strong coffee. On the rare occasion my wife wants coffee or hot chocolate she can still use the FlexBrew. I still use my 4-cup maker if I end up with too fine of grounds, but mostly use the FlexBrew otherwise.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am the only coffee drinker in my house so making 1 cup is handy. It has different ounce options so if I want a big cup or a small cup I can pick. I love that it has a water reservoir. Also, a setting to show when it needs more water is added. So I don't have to add water daily. I love that it comes with a single-serve pod holder. So I don't have to use just the K-cups from the store. It doesn't take long to make a cup of coffee. It doesn't take long for water to heat up. It is almost like it is hot water on demand. Over all i love this coffee maker. It is a slim fit. So it doesn't take up much room on the counter.

It works well and has the right buttons for the few thing you might change, such as cup size and cold brew option. After receiving it, I discovered that it makes great coffee. It's easy to use and it brews quickly. The selection buttons are on the front. The water reservoir can be held with one hand, even when full, and it's easy to reach.
