    Really good coffee, really quick! Very economical.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to use and smaller footprint. Saving a bundle making coffee at home. East maintenance. Coffee tastes great. Only complaint is the printed numbers on the "Ounces" buttons wear off. They should have molded the numbers into the button. But after using it regularly you know what's what anyway.

    I love this amazing machine is five and one I mean honestly you couldn’t ask for more. I have a pot of coffee say one for four hours after pee program. It has iced coffee cake cup serving plus hot coffee cake cup serving 10 out of 10.

    Finally, hot coffee!

    The Flex Brew Advanced 5-in-1 Coffee Maker makes a rich cup of coffee at a hot temperature. Having the option to make a whole pot or use a pod is perfect for my household of two. Now, when I have company I can make a full pot for us all. This takes up less counter space and has all of the functionality as the coffee maker I am replacing it with at a much better value. I love that it will be easier to clean too! Great product at an amazing value.

    What’s the white residue?

    Ran a cycle of water through brand new never been used FlexBrew and there was white residue in carafe. Cleaned w vinegar per instructions. Water was clear. 4 more tries at plain water to rinse and white residue is worse. This is not hard water as this does not happen in the coffee maker I used previously I tried bottled water and it left the same white stuff? Afraid to make coffee until I know how to get rid of it.

    Don't work

    I got a new flexbrew 5 in 1 12 cup drip coffee maker on 02/22/2025, I have ran cleaning on it several times, and it is still only putting out clear water.

    Nice coffee maker that makes weak coffee

    I purchased this coffee maker to replace a Hamilton Beach Flex Brew unit I had for 10 years that quit working. Just basic unit made decent coffee with either K-Cups or using ground coffee. I Liked the idea of this new unit because of the removable tank. This unit does not have a bold setting which it really needs. This unit will make a cup of coffee in 90 seconds issue is that doesn't let the water remove much of the flavor from the coffee. I used a K-Cup, and I like dark roast, 8 ounces of water tasted like brown water. Used the pod with 3 table spoons of ground coffee and only 10 ounces of water again no flavor. Wrote company got no response so I took it back to the store and got a refund. Needed a bold setting not the cold brew setting.

    Tried another maker that doesn't stand up to Hamilton Beach

    Tied a different maker that does not even stand up to the Hamiltm Beach one I had before Went back and replaced the other coffee maker with a Hamilton Beach FLEXBREW again. The other coffee maker no matter what zi did or tried to do to resolve and prevent coffee grinds showing up in my cup of coffee did not work. There was never an issue with last Hamiton Beach FLEXBREW that was received as a gift. This is the one big reason why I went and purchased another Hamilton Beach FLEXBREW again. .

    Wh had the old flex brew for about 6 years. Upgraded to the flexbrew 49922 and love it. Able to make hot or cold Coffee. Having the water reservoir make this coffee pot 100 times better. Highly recommend the coffee maker.

    Love flex brews ability to accommodate travel cups & make iced coffee. Ours has electronic malfunction and trying to find someone to address it has been nightmare
