Q: It says that the color of this Keurig K-Supreme Plus Smart Single-Serve Coffee Maker is "black"but it is actually black stainless that scratches easily. Are all of this type black stainless?

Q: None of the buttons work on the machine (like strength size, favorite, etc. I can push hot water for a brew but can't increase strength or temp. nor can I use the over ice feature. how do those work

What I love about this model is that there are enough adjustments that can be made to the brewing to make perfect coffee. For years I insisted on staying with my traditional coffee maker because I could brew the coffee strong and flavorful like I like it. But now I can do that with this model and the coffee brews just like I want it.

This will only “brew” one out of 3 pods. The others fill with water and overflow from the pod holder. It’s as if it’s clogged but it’s new so I don’t know what’s up. This is the EXACT issue I had with the prior brewer and purchased this as a replacement. Unfortunately it’s doing the same thing. I don’t understand.

I've been using this coffee maker for a month and have nothing but good things to say about it. I immediately noticed a big difference in the robustness of the coffee brewed with the K-Supreme SMART coffee maker vs my previous K-Cup maker with the same brand, Laughing Man Hugh's Blend. It was an entirely new taste experience. I also love the fact that this coffee maker recognizes the K-Cup brand (via WiFi) and sets the brew settings automatically, and that you can tweak the settings and save them as a favorite. Nice feature! This coffee maker is easy to use, fast to brew and even lets you know if there's a used K-Cup in it. The app is great as well. I've used it many times to start the brewing from upstairs via WiFi. I was so impressed with the K-Supreme SMART coffee maker that I ordered one for a close friend as a birthday gift. If you are considering buying one, you can't go wrong.
