Q: None of the buttons work on the machine (like strength size, favorite, etc. I can push hot water for a brew but can't increase strength or temp. nor can I use the over ice feature. how do those work

    This is the BEST single cup coffee maker today. Not only does this maker brew the perfect cup of coffee. You can adjust the settings for your particular taste, but also does a great job with other beverages… tea, cocoa, coolers etc. which isn’t alway the case with other brewers as you can’t really adjust the brew. This brewer is easy to connect to your WiFi and will even give you credit for each cup brewed toward free coffee! I used to just have one cup every morning to start my day and purchase other beverages during the day. Now I find I brew all sorts of tasty beverages at home all day and find it is well worth the price just in what it saves me at the coffee shop.

    My KCafe died so decided on this one based on the reviews, so glad I did. I love this machine! It reads the QR code and knows the brand and type of coffee. The water reservoir is so easy to refill and the capacity is perfect! I like being able to choose if I want a stronger brew or hotter. Also nice you can save your favorite brew setting! This brewer is worth its price.

    Keurig coffeemakers are always a hassle

    There are two problems with Keurig coffeemakers. First, they don't last long. Something always goes haywire...and I write this having gone through six of these things. What, you ask? The most common is that they frequently overfill the mug, the second is that the cleaning procedure gets hung up. One of these machines broke out in a fire as I was going through the descaling procedure. Electrically generated smoke, melting plastic, the whole shebang. I give them six months at the most before something crazy happens. Second, the things are now connected to wi-fi and the machine is harassing me to hook up. What on god's green earth would a coffeemaker need wi-fi for other than Keurig's desire to collect usage data. No way, no how will I connect with wi-fi. But I guess I'll have to endure emails and messages on the machine bullying me into connecting, which I will not do as god is my witness. I won't do it!

    I've been a Keurig owner for years but this machine is my favorite so far. It's beautiful and I love the customization options. The water tank with the handle makes it super easy to fill from my refrigerator's water dispenser too.

    Product leaked extra water into coffee which watered it down. Has told us to fill the water reservoir when it was already full. Got "replace filter" message multiple times after descaling the machine and replacing the filter. Put in a new reusable pod and get error messages - no pod detected, used pod, add water ( full reservoir ). Called to notify of water issue, was given a case number, told it would be replaced and an email would be sent with instructions. That was supposed to happen at least 3 months ago. So far there has been no further contact from Keurig, no new coffee maker and a very frustrated customer. I used lots of Avion points for this product and, to me, it feels like this company doesn't care about their products or their customers.

    Never thought I would write a review on a coffee maker, but I am impressed. I love my coffee and with this smart coffee maker by Keurig I love my coffee even more. You can pick your size and your strength or just let it brew your coffee by reading which Keurig coffee pod you are drinking at the moment. If you use generic coffee pods it gives you a rich coffee flavor with the multi flow brew.
