Q: None of the buttons work on the machine (like strength size, favorite, etc. I can push hot water for a brew but can't increase strength or temp. nor can I use the over ice feature. how do those work

    I bought this to replace my old Supreme Plus that was giving error messages and not brewing. Love the MultiStream and ability to tweak the strength and hotness. I have been using Keurig for years. They are my go-to brewers.

    I had amazing service for my new Keurig when something went wrong with it. Their customer service talked me through some tests and once it was confirmed it wasn't fixable they immediately helped me process a warranty claim. They were extremely attentive to my need of a replacement soon.

    We love being able to adjust the temperature and strength of the brew, and it’s quiet and looks good on the kitchen counter. However, the greater the gap between the top of your mug and the bottom of the dispenser, the more it splatters onto the counter. This is especially the case if you use the reusable k-cups from Kuerig vs. the disposable ones. We have to raise the mug to just under the dispense to prevent this.

    For the most part, the K-Supreme Plus SMART is an excellent machine. My only issue with it is that while you can adjust the brewer settings to make the brew stronger, there is no way to make it less strong. Some of the coffees brew a hair too bitter - so you may have to switch out some of your old favorites. The brew size options are great and the brewer recognizes the brand and brew.

    This is my second one of this model. I like the features, but it only lasted about 3 years before it just stopped working. I feel for this price, these machines should last longer.
