Coffee is not as hot as I like it. Automatically shuts off every night so I have to wait for it to heat up in the morning. Drips for awhile after doen brewing, which is annoying. Very pretty color, though.

Our last Keurig coffee maker lasted 13 years! The price has gone up considerably since our last one, but then again so many things have gone up in price in the past 13 years! I couldn't be more happy with out new purchase. I ordered the silver tone which goes perfect with the rest of out kitchen appliances. Here's to a great cup of coffee!!!!!

The first time I filled it with water, it spilled all over the place. The water reservoir did not fit easily into the coffee maker. I've gotten better at it, but my old Keurig was far better. The coupon I received with the coffee maker were outdated. I am not happy with it.

Love that it's easy to make hot or iced coffee. We can use our tall Yeti tumblers because the grid tray comes off. Multiple size portions and a stronger coffee buttom.

The quality of this coffee maker is not as good as the one we had previously. The reservoir has a smaller capacity, and is not user friendly to refilling. Just feels inferior to our last one.

Replaced my older model with this one. Love my Keurig! Only downside is that after 5 years or so the water coming out for a cup of coffee isn't as hot as it once was. As my older model was still working, I did keep it ----"just in case" my new one goes down.
