This is the last one. If this one dies, I'm done
I'm not happy about the fact that this is the third Keurig that I've had in the last 4 years. If this one dies, I'm finished with Keurig. I am one person, and my Keurigs are not overused, as they make just 2 cups per day, so why is the quality so poor that I'm already on my third machine? Unacceptable!

Faulty coffee maker.
Doesn't work properly. Keeps asking for more water when the reservoir is 3/4 full. I have to keep detaching and re-attaching the reservoir until it finally accepts it. I called and they said there should be a sticker with the S/N but there was none. I SUSPECT THIS WAS A REFURBISHED PRODUCT THEY SOLD ME AND I'M ANGRY

I replaced my older k-cup maker with the exact same one. Thought the maker needed replaced as I was getting grounds in my coffee cup. Seems to be the green mountain cups because it happened after using the new maker.

Need faster brewing!
Water takes time to heat before brewing! Can,t click brew for a bit,, make me wait there for a time...love coffee,just new brewer needs to heat instantly like old brewery .

We love our Keurig coffee maker
Have had a kuerig for many many years. Love it. Just bought a new one because ours finally gave out because we have hard water. Still worked but because of the hard water and years of service didn't get a full cup so we bought a new one.

Wobbles, cheaper materials than previous models, noisy and slow. Deteriorating quality and increasing prices are losing customers.
