Frustrated!
If you like a coffee maker that shuts off in the middle of making a cup, this one’s for you. I purchased three in the month of November and they ALL did the same thing. It must be a problem with this model but I called Keurig and they wouldn’t confirm that. I’ll be returning #3 tomorrow!!!

Kerurig K-Elite is amazing. I've had previous models. I've learned the best of Kerurig is the Elite Models. They do run a little expensive. So you definitely should wait for sales before purchasing one. especially if you're conscientious of a budget. I wouldn't settle for a cheaper model if your a coffee lover. It does make a difference.

Bought this yesterday at Target and it's already not working, the add water light is stuck on and it won't brew anymore. I talked to Keurig and they are sending a new water reservoir, but said it could take up to 7 business days. I'm Very Frustrated as this is not a cheap item and it's brand new and now I have to wait up to a week or more for a replacement part. That might not even resolve the issue, they want me to let them know if it works after the new tank and call them if it doesn't. I've had several Keurig brewers over the years and never had one break this fast. I expected better customer service and a quicker replacement of the part or the whole brewer from Keurig.

So disappointed!
This is my 4th Keurig. Sadly, my last two have not performed well. My 3rd lasted only a year. My last one less tha 3 months and I have returned it. Issues are shutting off mid brew and coffee pods leaking grounds everywhere. Sad to say I am leaving this brand behind.

I'm not happy about the fact that this is the third Keurig that I've had in the last 4 years. If this one dies, I'm finished with Keurig. I am one person, and my Keurigs are not overused, as they make just 2 cups per day, so why is the quality so poor that I'm already on my third machine? Unacceptable!

Faulty coffee maker.
Doesn't work properly. Keeps asking for more water when the reservoir is 3/4 full. I have to keep detaching and re-attaching the reservoir until it finally accepts it. I called and they said there should be a sticker with the S/N but there was none. I SUSPECT THIS WAS A REFURBISHED PRODUCT THEY SOLD ME AND I'M ANGRY
