this is the worst k cup coffee maker ever! Every time we make one the k cup explodes and we have to take it apart and clean it. Even the hot chocolate explodes!

Loved my Ninja
Had mine for a year now, made one to two cups a day. I need to say I absolutely love this maker, the coffee taste a hundred times better than any Keurig machine could do. It's better looking and seems to function better. I say that until one day it just didn't work anymore, I was making my cup of coffee and did my typical 8+8 oz. in my insulated mug and I only got 4 oz total and a big mess down the side where the steam head created condensation and got the whole counter wet. I ran it through about 50 cleaning cycles. Trying to get it better with vinegar, mixtures etc. And never did get it better. I'm to the point now where I push 12 oz and I basically get almost 8 oz and it complains and makes all kinds of weird noises and I have to clean it like every other day now to keep it functioning. I do plan on getting another one since I went through about five keurigs before I bought this one. I have recommended the ninja to multiple family members and really do like the product. I do hope this next one lasts a little longer though or I'll have to start hunting for something better, again.

Bad design
Had for 3 months, water tank was growing mold . There is no way to take apart and clean!

Great festures
I love this coffeemaker. I used a Keurig for many years and honestly I will never go back. I really love how you don’t have to turn it on ahead of time to heat up the water. It does it during the brew process. So convenient to have every tool right on the machine from the frother to having the coffee filter to use for ground coffee instead of kcups. ❤️

Malfunctioned at 6 months, no help from Ninja support
Intermittently quit brewing after 6 months so we'd have to unplug it, wait 10 minutes and repeat until it would brew again. It would happen at least once a week. Then, you program the size and type of brew, it always would start, switch to "cold brew 8oz" and stop brewing. Then we could program what we wanted and it would work...every...single...time. Was emailing with Ninja support and all they said was sorry, it's out of warranty, but you can buy the base part of the unit for $100 plus shipping. You can buy a new one for $106. It worked great when it did, but I'm trying a different brand since this one only lasted 18 months. We cleaned it and descaled it regularly, but nothing helped since it is the electronics.

Pods explode
I have had this for a few months and usually only use it for hot tea. Lately I have been using the K Cup part for coffee and every coffee pod leaves tons of grounds in my cup and has exploded. Once all over my husband. Would definitely not recommend this product.

I have tried multiple coffee makers and this one has made me the most happy. I have cut out my Starbucks runs and love the convenience of being able to brew a cup at a time. I love that you don’t have to use pods, because those things are so expensive and the coffee is not fresh. I love the built in frother and how easy it is to clean the machine.

Horrible
I should have stayed with my Keurig. The over the ice section of the machine does not work. You have to keep attempting for the coffee to brew because it makes a few drops and then stops completely. Customers should save their money

Stay away from this one.
I purchased this a few months ago. I have had nothing but trouble. It spits grounds in my coffee all the time. I am forced to use the grounds function and cut open my pods so that I don't get the grounds in my coffee. Even then its extremely sloppy and the water keeps dripping well after it shuts off. Not happy at all

It explodes the pods! Useless machine
This machine has one job. It is supposed to brew coffee with pods or a filter. It can’t do either. I would give this 0 stars if I could. This machine has exploded 100% of the pods I put in it. It starts ok then halfway through the pod explodes and makes a complete mess. The pod literally explodes. When I brew my own coffee, the sediment in the cup is just awful. I wish I did not waste my money on this useless piece if plastic. I can not recommend this machine,
