Mornings Just Got Better
After years of settling for my wife’s favorite coffee with our standard coffee maker … she gifted me the Cuisinart 2-in-1 10 cup Coffee Center with a single serve option using pods OR single serve grinds of MY favorite brew. I like my coffee with chicory in the traditional style of my hometown, New Orleans. Mornings just got better with our Cuisinart. My wife still gets her favorite medium roast coffee … but now I no longer settle for her coffee … I enjoy my 12 ounce single serve of a dark roast cafe au lait. A tip for the guys … our Cuisinart is so simple to use that I’ve become my wife’s personal coffee barista … serving her first cup in bed every morning. A happy wife means a happy life! Quiet, Makes Great Coffee - But Leaky
Makes great coffee and is relatively quiet. However, our brand new unit arrived with a leak. Cuisinart is replacing it free of charge, so we’re cautiously optimistic about the replacement.

Improved from Earlier Versions
Love the thermal coffee pot. So much better than glass. This version has improvements such as a flip down “shelf” for single serve, ability to pick different amounts for single serve, and less leaking of water. Looks great too!

Great Space Saver!

Stopped working
At just a month old the carafe side has stopped working. Really disappointed and considering a different brand as a repurchase. I jave used cuisinart coffee makers for over 20 years but the last 2 units I have had just do not last considering the price paid.

Good features, if you can use them
I am not happy, the water holder for single cups, leaks and is annoying.. I spent good money, not buying this product again…..thanks

Nice affordable coffee center!
We recently had our Cuisinart SS-20’s single serve unit heating element fail. It was under warranty but no longer manufactured. Cuisinart supplied us with the SS-21, which is an even better unit! Now we have the option of making coffee over ice! The aesthetic changes look much better as well!

Great concept, poor equipment
I’ve used this coffee model for a few years. twice. Twice the pod side leaked and Cuisinart replaced it, free of charge. The second time this happened was about 2/3 months ago and now the temperature on the pot side does not stay lit so the coffee gets cold. It’s a great concept. My husband likes one cup of caffeinated in the morning. I like a few decaf so the concept is great. The machine just doesn’t work.

Bought many times
My umpteenth Cuisinart dual coffee maker. A great space saver and handy for when you you just want a cup or a pot. Thermal is good also so coffee does not get burnt. I wish the thermal also came in a 12 cup size.

Perfect coffee for both of us!

Makes great coffee, but you can't see how much coffee is in the carafe. It doesn't pour well because of the flap that closes to retain the heat in the carafe. I would prefer a glass carafe that stays hot with the hot plate. The hot plate shuts off after the coffee is brewed, and allows the insulated carafe to keep the coffee warm.

Loving my new coffee maker
Loving my new coffee maker. I only drink decaf and now when a friend drops by I can pop in a pod of their choice. I also have decaf pods for when I only want one cup. Also very impressed with quality of the brew just like a fancy cafe.

Worst coffee maker
Originally purchased about 8 months ago. After 5 months started getting E07 displayed on screen. Looked up problem and attempted to correct. Contacted Cuisinart and they gave me instructions to get replacement. Got replacement, now have same problem. E07 on display screen. Done with this coffee maker. Went back to Keurig. They have an issue with this model.
