Q: Can I brew a pod single cup of coffee while the other side is set up to auto brew for the morning? Or do i have to reset the auto brew after I brew a single cup? thanks

A: We have this coffee maker and use it all day, every day. You can NOT do both at once and says so in the manuual as well. Not an isuues at all for us, just wanted to be corect on this.

Down side the pot side is hard to fill without slopping. Would be nice to be able to remove the resivor to fill with water. Also the clean light came on after not very many uses.

It is bigger than I expected and the single serve side has a different kind of screen than I’m not use to. It does take regular k cups. It does have options for amount of single serve ounces and also 3 settings for carafe heat control. Overall it works fine just not crazy about design and having to pour the water in for each pot of coffee.

Sometimes the old one made the hole in the K-cup too large and coffee grounds spilled out all over everything creating a real mess to clean up. Then it quit working all together. Like the new one.

We LOVED the option that it brewed coffee AND kcup coffee. One morning we made coffee and the machine started smoking. We quickly unplugged and called Cuisinart. I believe it was even on a Saturday. They took the information and confirmed we had registered the product. The warranty was for 3 years. They asked for pictures and that was it. A new coffee maker was on the way. This is a company who believes in their product. If they didn’t they wouldn’t offer a 3 year warranty on a small appliance. We were happy, amazed, thankful we bought a Cuisinart, and appreciative of the warranty. Thank you Cuisinart for making such a great product and standing by your quality. We APPRECIATE it!
