Leaks coffee from the bottom of the machine

I loved this machine. It makes a great cup of coffee, takes up little space, and looks great. But it leaks. Every single cup of coffee actually leaks under the spill tray on the very bottom of the machine. I'm bummed. I bought a beautiful wooden sliding tray to move it around on my counter. It was gorgeous too. Until the machine leaked all over it repeatedly. One month. That's all it took.

Love this machine, I bought it because it was the only "one cup" machine where I could use booth ground coffee beans and of course k cups. It brews fast, easy to clean, takes up much smaller space (for those of us with small kitchens) than a regular coffee machine. One of the best Ninja purchases I've ever made. Again Ninja came through with a top notch product.

Purchased in May and it was unusable by August. It somehow will not release water any more. I have tried every fix offered by support and have tried every trick suggested in YouTube videos. I really liked it at first but now it’s just junk in my garage that needs to be tossed as it’s past the 90 day return window.

Super disappointed in this machine. I’ve only had it for a couple weeks if that and the clean light constantly comes on. I’ve had to decal it three times which absolutely does not make sense for a new machine. You should never have to descale a coffee maker that often that can’t be good for it. And I’m using filtered water too. Also, the coffee splatters a lot. It gets all over the floor. I’m really excited about this, but it is very much a disappointment and I’m definitely going to try and return it.

This machine has me enjoying coffee like on the island. The machine makes the best foam and it actually maintains the form. As shown in my photo. Now I can also make bigger amount of coffee with my own coffee grinds when family comes over. So far this machine has been a hit with the guest. I would definitely recommend getting this. What other machine can you get with this price and all the options. It’s even so tidy. Perfect for my tiny home. My new addiction.

It's a very nice-looking machine. It doesn't take up much space on your counter. It brews nicely various sizes of coffee. If you want to brew your own coffee instead of using the pods, you can do that as well. I've owned many pod coffee makers. I think this one's the best.

I bought two of these, in Sage Green, for my daughter and mother; and wish I did for me!! I have (and regularly use) a DualBrew Pro, but should\would have bought one of these instead―had I known it existed. I do not even use the carafe (on mine), so could do without. I DO like the Independent Hot Water System, but dispensing hot water from this machine is obviously possible. Other than the aforementioned, this Single-Serve unit does everything (else)―at HALF the cost. For anyone out there contemplating a DB Pro, with no need for a carafe or dedicated water line THIS is the one for YOU. I've used my mother's, all-day-long, for nearly 3 months now without incident. My morning cappuccinos: well over 100 cups, for which the Frother Whisk is a must; and easily 200+ K-Cups between her and I. I retired her Keurig MINI Plus (a sloppy piece of garbage). I would, however, highly recommend buying paper filters for this machine: Permanent Filter is handy, should you run out (of those). But they are, otherwise, a nightmare to clean.

I liked the pod aspect, however, both pod and single coffee was extremely hot, had to allow 15 to 20 mins to cool down before taking a sip. The coffee brew seemed to be too burnt of a flavor versus using the pod.
