    Love ninja but this disappoints!

    The coffee machine works fine but the k cup attachment stopped working. It will not change to the pod automatically and I can’t get it to work. We have cleaned it, wiped it out but nothing helped.

    Dot get if using pods

    The perfect idea, and perfect machine with a small problem, when you use pods you in up with coffee grounds in your coffee. If it wasn’t for that I would have given it 5 stars but that is the one reason I wanted this one and I love Ninja!

    Kcup Pods won't brew.

    The maker doesnt't brew pods. just spews steam all over and no coffee. Regular brew cycle works fine..One would think that the amount of money spent on this you could rely on it to work as intended. So far trying to get assistance has been futile. I don't see me pruchasing any more of the Ninja products.

    Solid Machine

    Have had this coffee maker for about a year now. It's a pretty solid product and has a variety of features for my family to make all sorts of beverages. As long as you keep up on cleaning/descaling it's good to go day after day. We did have an issue with the K-Cup attachment getting clogged at one point but was easily fixed by taking some time to understand how the water flows through it. I feel like any bad reviews here with people commenting about weird noises was related to this issue, but if you just take some time to understand the machine, anything that could go weird or wrong seems to be easily sorted.

    Kcup doesn't aork

    hello when I first got this coffee cup the reason the coffee pot is the reason why is because I love coffee? I love grinds cake, cups, and specialty coffees for the first three months. It worked great now anytime if I’m not grinding my coffee and having you know, drip coffee, I cannot use my Froster or my K cups. All it does is it really it keeps popping up this is the second time I complained about this on here. I tried calling the one 800 number that you gave me and they basically treated me like I was weird. Nobody helped me so I was about to give up so again today I you know cleaned it I made sure that the needles for my K cups were OK and still doesn’t work.

    Worst coffee maker ever

    Worst coffee maker I have ever owned after 57 trips around the sun. This thing is complete junk, a mess to clean up after and can't make a pot of coffee that isn't full of grounds. Thought ninja was a good brand. My mistake but one I won't make again.

    Think Twice before committing to Ninja

    I bought this coffee machine as I have many ninja products and thought that the quality would be ensured. Nevertheless the lights have gone out already! Some lights are showing and some aren’t. Safe to say that I’ll start thinking twice about ninja products now. This is the latest one I received and ever since they have moved their holdings to public their product quality seemed to have declined drastically. Additionally the fact that they don’t have an email support or ticketing system is crazy. Greed destroys companies

    Potential but needs some reengineering!

    Has lots of potential, but the engineers at Ninja must be idiots. #1. Make the frother battery operated and handheld. It could simply clip into a charging port where it is now, except handheld would be easier and better. #2 the biggest issue is it SUCKS for K-cups! Too much pressure causes grounds to get into the coffee. They tell you to only use K-Cup official pods, but the funny thing is those are the worst ones! I have no problems with generic pods!

    Nice HOT coffee!! Great over ice coffee!

    Such a nice dual coffee maker! I’ve had it for about a month and have used ground coffee and coffee pods. I haven’t tried the hot water dispenser yet. The coffee comes out hot and the warmer keeps it hot. I recommend this brand of dual coffee makers. Makes excellent over ice coffee, too!

    Great product line!

    This Coffee maker has got to be the best we've ever owned. Our only curiosity is, how do we keep the Coffee hot for a 2 or 4 hour duration? After reading the instructions, we didn't find anything indicating setting a timeframe. In any case, we are very pleased w/the Ninja product line. As well as, Shark producrs; we own both! 🙂

    Stopped working after a year

    I bought this about a year ago and first it started saying it needs water even if the water reservoir is full but now it keeps beeping and switching to the time setting and then going back. If I don't unplug it, it will just continue to beep and switch back and forth between setting the time.

    There’s better out there

    We’ve own this for a little over a year, it is making the most god awful sound. The last k cup basically exploded in the machine. Super disappointed as it was a rare splurge we did for ourselves.
