A: Keeps happening to me too. We had a different Ninja and it happened with that one too. We’ve tried different grounds and filters - still happens.

Q: why does it have a cancer warning?

A: We're required by law in the State of California to include the Prop 65 Warning. We include the warning in abundance of caution and to comply with this California warning mandate. The mere presence of even one of over 900 chemicals requires this warning. Where it's not feasible to test for every single chemical, we're including the label with all of our products. Q: Does anyone else have the issues of it spraying everywhere when trying the K-Cup function? It works well for water but when we place a K-Cup in there it just creates a huge mess.

A: It will do that if you use the soft, recycleable pods like I tried initially. It will work as it should if you switch to the "regualr" all plastic ones.

A: I hope my question doesn’t seem like others on here, if so, I apologize. Are you able to make hot chocolate with this machine? Also, are the tea k cups useable for this. We are not coffee drinkers but hot tea & hot chocolate drinkers. Is this worth it for that, or should I look into a different ninja machine?

This is the 2nd Ninja coffee maker we have purchased and both have the same problem. When making a full pot of coffee the water fills too fast causing the grounds to spill over the top. We tried online solutions (different grounds) but the same issue resulted. When I brew a single cup or 1/2 a pot we had no issues and I was very satisfied with the quality of the coffee - this the 3 stars. Please Ninja fix this problem, I love everything else about the coffee maker!

Now we haven’t used all the functions yet because we just got this a week ago but we are loving it so far. It does have a lot of different functions for coffee lovers. I’d say ninja is one of the superior brands when it comes to appliances. Get it on sale if you can like we did, id say it’s worth the price

I'm writing for a 90 year old lady. Originally she was overwhelmed with all the features. It took two days to get comfortable. She loves the features and how big the water container is. She uses both coffee and hot water features every day. ow and she didn't thank a home coffee maker could make a better tasting cup of coffee.

The best coffee machine ever. I have had it for over a year. U do need to make sure when u put pod in u push it down till u hear the click of it penetrating the pod then shut lid. This way the bottom hole is made properly so it doesn't push out the top. I love how u can use kcups or ground and carafe both work great for us but my fave is the kcup on specialty setting so i can use the coffee for Frappuccino making. Its perfect and stronf enough. The frother is great for other specialty coffees. I love how the coffee ground spoon actually hooks into machine so u dont lose it. This deffinately has been a good buy for our family.
Cup and full pot sizes are wrong.

Previously had this coffee maker. Loved it. After years off use coffee wasn’t getting as hot. So I purchased a new one. However, the new one has 7oz instead of 6. Also, the full pot size is 47oz instead of 55. This maker is not made as sturdy as my first ninja maker. My box stated the original sizes but that’s not what we received. What has happened? Why did I get such weird liquid measurements.

This machine does not get the brewing water hot enough. I have red all the info and can find no info on how to raise the temperature. I wanted this coffee machine for so long and now I’m very disappointed. This is the first NINJA item that didn’t work properly.

This is probably one of the best coffee makers I’ve ever had. The associate at the customer service desk was one of many great employees in Mechanicsville he helped me open and check the machine over because it was the only one left and had a little damage on the box. I would definitely recommend 10 out of 10 this coffee maker.
