Coffee Maker Fail
I typically love ALL ninja products but this fell short. Loved the design and ability to reduce clutter on my counter with a coffee maker and nespresso machine in one. Everything works great except the coffee maker. For whatever reason the water overflows or sits too long, causing the grounds to overflow down the sides into the coffee and making a huge mess. I've wasted several bags of coffee trying to figure out what's wrong. My previous coffee maker was ninja and I jad no issues. Finally tried several different filters until I found one that doesn't cause an issue but makes my coffee weak. Overall, highly dissapponted and will probably go back to my other machines. Dissapponted since this was so expensive.

I love it
I love it but I do not use all of it's features. I've had it two years and I make coffee or expresso based drinks I bought it to cut down on my Starbucks bill and he has done that. I am looking into it's other features now.

Water leak and error messages.
Coming just shy of two years. Sadly the first Ninja Priduct I’ve been incredibly disappointed in. Started out great. Then low water. Then leak. Not worth the value by any stretch. I own a lot of Ninja products. Megazone Airfryer. creami and slushi. This by far was a big hit to me as the other products I don’t use as often. Do better Ninja. please.

Yea and meh.
It arrived with a broken water reservoir that needed an additional 7 business days to be sent to me. I could buy one and it could be here in 1-2 days. One less week on my warranty also. Poor start. After using it a few weeks it brews pods fine, definitely needs rinsing between uses, so I worry about it holding up over time. The drip brewer is just okay but the carafe is horrible. The rim hold liquid every time you turn it over so the only way to actually dry it is to use a towel after rinse. TL:DR Pods yea! Drip meh.

Espresso stopped working after two years
After two years espresso part stopped working. The pods are not perforated and the water goes everywhere except for through the pod. And once I started troubleshooting I learnt that it is a very common issue with this machine. And there is no fix for it. The brew part still works fine but the whole point of this machine is to be able to get both brewed coffee and espresso. Not worth the money, get a cheaper brew-only version.

I originally loved the machine but like other reviews the espresso side stopped working and piercing the pods. We tried all the trouble shooting and cleaning recommendations but it still would not pierce the pods. My husband loves having an iced coffee with espresso shot and I like either a regular hot cup of coffee or latte. It was a perfect combination for us but now he goes back to buying coffee and there's no counter space for a separate eapresso machine.

Replacing & hoping it dosent fail in a year again
This will be my last Ninja product that I buy, unless it exceeds expectations for the next 5 years. This is my second time purchasing this exact unit. Our last unit became defective after just over a year of use, the nespresso side no longer worked. I was faced with the decision of disposing of almost $100 worth of nespresso pods, or buying the machine again. 4 stars for now, I will update if needed

Doesnt keep coffee warm
Love the removable reservoir, it’s why I bought it, it doesn’t make the coffee hot enough or automatically keep the coffee warm. Cold within the hour if you forget to hit the warm button at beginning of brewing.

Ninja Family
Have been looking at this model for over a year. We have a Ninja Keurig pod multi brewer but wanted the Nespresso pod feature. When it went on sale and the website offered another 10% off, that was the time to buy. Now with this unit and our Ninja Cafe Lux, I have all of my coffee bases covered! Love Ninja products!

Awful product and service
It broke on me a little over a year into. The electronics went crazy and it stopped working. Ninja would not replace it. Awful experience.

Not 100% satisfied
I've had this machine just shy of 3 years and already will not work..the water reservoir will not pump the water through the machine..for the money., I really expected more use/longer before tearing up...I love my shark/ninja products, so this leaves me to question the over all worth

Great all in one machine!
This coffee and espresso machine is wonderful! The drip coffee is delicious as is the espresso and I really like the milk frother! For my preference, I brew 2 Nespresso capsules for a cappuccino. It’s also important to know that you have to heat the milk first before frothing it. I enjoy the ability to make cold froth with this, but I would like if they would add a steam wand frother in addition to the cold frother (that would be amazing). All in all, I really like my new coffee and espresso machine!
