Love a latte

Beautiful Machine, Great Espresso
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am in love with this machine. It has made it very easy and convenient to make a delicious cup of smooth espresso. The fact that it has a steam spout is such a bonus! It's small enough that it doesn't take up a ton of our limited counter space, but with a water tank big enough to last the week. It came carefully packed to prevent shipping damage also. I will continue to use this beautiful machine for years to come!

Cup of the morning to ya
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Omg this is the best way to wake up! My coffee is fresh, tastes incredible and really can do it all. Easy to use and to get the hang of. The temperature is easy to control and it brews quickly. Such a sleek design and the size is perfect for my countertop and doesn’t take up too much space. The frother is the icing on the cake and steams the milk so quickly and elegantly. I feel like a barista! Easy to maintain and clean.

Good espresso at a good price
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice little espresso maker with a nice price point. Basically it does what it claims to do, it makes a shot or two of espresso and froths milk so you can make a fancy coffee drink. It's easy to use and I'm glad I have it.

Disappointed
The inside of the filter holder is plastic so the espresso is running through plastic when making it. Also espresso is not very hot. Steamer is mediocre.

Barebones, but effective!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an excellent entry-level espresso maker, but it really is a barebones machine compared to other products out there. The housing and build is primarily plastic, which is probably what keeps this at a more affordable price point. However, this does result in some obvious drawbacks. First off, this machine doesn’t have a built-in grinder, which is mildly inconvenient and leads to an extra expense to the buyer since you’ll need one. It does include a milk frother, which does have a bit of a learning curve, but is effective. I find that fine-tuning the brew isn’t as customizable as other machines, but it still pulls a nice shot from a good blend. This machine is made to be used with shorter espresso mugs, but in the case of larger mugs, you’ll need to remove the metal insert from the drip tray for clearance. I found that learning how to use the machine was easier than others I’ve used in the past, but that’s primarily due to the limited options. This is a very beginner friendly machine. Taking the machine apart is is easy for cleaning purposes. This is great if you’re on a tight budget, but if you have more financial wriggle room, save for a better machine.

Amazing espresso machine, 10/10
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This espresso machine is phenomenal, a huge upgrade from a Keurig. The water tank is a great size, I’m able to get so many drinks from one fill and it’s super easy to refill. Seeing the pressure build up and then the espresso pull is a thing of beauty, and the coffee tastes amazing. I’m so happy with this, and I even got some espresso tools (not included) to make the experience even better. Can’t recommend enough!

I’ve never frothed anything and I can now do it from my kitchen. Brewing was easy and fast and I have an option of one or two espressos so that’s a big win on those days I need that extra wake me up. I haven’t had to clean it yet so I have yet to comment on that. The quality of the machine is structurally sound. I do, however, think that for the price tag, the tamper could be metal and that it should come with a metal frothing pitcher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will say, thank you first and foremost for the espresso maker! It is compact enough that it fits snugly in the corner of my coffee bar. This is the first espresso maker I have ever owned, so I have no comparison but it appears to do well! It comes with 2 sized ports for espresso shots, a scooper with a tamper on the other end. It brews quickly and although there is noise, you expect there will be as it is working! The only thing I was confused about was that all the pictures and the instruction manual show a metal milk jug, but it is not included. I had to look online to see if it was meant to be, but it appears that nope.

Great starter espresso machine
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first espresso machine and I think it is the perfect starter choice. It has all the basic features and it was easy to learn how to use them. I did watch the videos from their site and they were very helpful at learning how to make the different drinks. I’m really enjoying finding and customizing my new favorites. So far the cappuccino was my favorite I’ve made. I’m most excited to use the frother. It really adds a great texture and taste. I am pleased with the size and design of this machine as well. It fits nicely in my kitchen and is not too big or bulky. The sleek stainless steel design is also a plus and looks great in my home. I like that it is quickly ready to use and also easy to take apart and clean. The maintenance is straightforward and simple. Overall I am really enjoying this espresso machine and all of the tasty drinks I’ve created with it!

However, I found a great YouTube video by 'Tom's Coffee Corner' and it gave me the perfect breakdown of how to setup the single & double shot settings. Once the settings were configured, it has been a breeze. Ten out ten, highly recommend for the at home coffee enthusiast!

Not a beginner friendly machine
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think this machine could be a great affordable option, however I don’t know that it’s very good option for a beginner. Because there isn’t a built in grinder, the external grinder you use could make or break your espresso shot and could take quite a few shots to dial it in. I noticed the double espresso basket didn’t seem to hold the traditional 18 grams. It might if there was a funnel for the portafilter. The plastic tamper makes it difficult to get an even tamp. Unfortunately even after 3 different grinds I was struggling to get any pull. For a beginner you could easily get frustrated with the wasted coffee and mess it takes to dial it in initially.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love love love this machine! With a classic espresso machine vs automatic it will come with a learning curve. I thought the instructional manual was quite confusing on how it was laid out and I also do not like the water tank. I understand why the bar is there for ease of pickup but it makes cleaning very difficult. For the actual brew of the espresso there is definitely a learning curve. Each espresso bean would be a different grind so you just need to play around with your grinder to get the best cup. I love the brew and creama that come with the the brew. I do think it’s important to note that a lot of the issues that come with the machine isn’t necessarily the machines fault. It’s mostly user error so it’s important to not be discouraged!

Easy To Use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the convenience of making making at home. This machine is easy to set up and use. We have used pod espresso machines prior to this. The difference in strength of espresso is very apparent. The only minus is the tamper could be better as this one is plastic and doubles as a spoon. That makes it difficult to get a tight of a puck and doesn't fit perfectly. Not a huge issue to get a different tamper.

But after a few trials and errors i got it to make delicious esspresso shots to use in my lattes and i love it now!
