Love, love, love! This is a fabulous machine, although it might be a bit pricey if you add up the amount of money, you’ll save buying coffee out at Starbucks, Petes or wherever it’ll pay for itself in no time! It’s really easy to use. I wish I would’ve gotten this years ago.

Easy to set up. Great grinding strength options. A little confusing to customize drinks. Not a quiet machine if you need to be sneaky in the morning! Had for a month. No complaints, would recommend so far

My brother has one similar by Delonghi he has been using for 5 years every day, so I decided to give this a try. Makes a great Latte and Cappuccino and very easy! I always have whole beans in it ready to go but in the evening if I want a decaf latte or cappuccino I use the ground bean option. I like that I have that option without having to dump out the beans. Also coffee is brewed at the right temperature when I'm choosing coffee rather than an espresso drink. Great machine

DOES NOT HAVE A STEAM MILK BUTTON. Bought this to make mochas and it doesn't work. No milk steam wand/function on the machine.

At first I felt a little intimidated but within a couple of days I had it down. Very easy to use. My biggest problem is trying to find the perfect coffee beans to suit our taste.

I love this machine! It is so easy to use and makes great drinks. For coffee we did have to experiment with the grind setting but now we have set up how we like it.

It's a descent coffee maker, but it's not as good as the Perfecto we have had for a long time. It seems to use more coffee beans than the Perfecto and still doesn't seem to be as strong tasting. Maybe the hopper is smaller. It seems like you have to refill it more often. I wish they still made the perfecto

I just bought this Delonghi automatic coffee machine to replace my old Saeco one and I am very pleased with it! It was very easy to set up with the quick guide. Now I can make a good cappuccino or a latte with the press of a button! I am using coffee beans but you can also use ground coffee. I haven’t had to clean it yet but it seems very similar to my older machine. All the trays are easily removable by sliding. The model is pretty compact and the silver color looks very nice in the kitchen. I hope it will last as long as my other one.

I bought this espresso machine for myself as a birthday present. I did a lot of research and utilized AI to help me find the perfect machine. Basically, I was looking for something high quality, automatic, easy to use, and that wouldn't make me feel like I needed a degree in chemistry to operate it. I definitely wanted an automatic milk frother and a grinder. I am addicted to Starbucks espresso and I drink lattes and cappuccinos every day. I need them to start my day. I am very picky about my espresso drinks at Starbucks. I like my vanilla lattes strong and sweet. I bought two lbs of Starbucks whole bean espresso to start and decided to have the store grind it for my first time, so I haven't experimented with the grinder yet. It was a little confusing to set up, but I'm terrible with stuff like that, so it was probably my fault that I struggled. Once it’s set up, it is so easy to use. The espresso shots are perfect! Delicious, strong, exactly what they're supposed to be. The automatic milk frother does a great job! I was worried about this, but it creates foam that lasts longer than the foam at Starbucks, which I really like. It's not too wet, and it’s not too dry. It’s honestly just perfect. I've tried both settings for cappuccino and latte and I prefer the latte setting because it gives more foam, obviously because there's more milk, but I usually use the cappuccino setting because it tastes better to me. Also, cleanup is super easy. All of the parts are dishwasher safe. Overall, I am beyond thrilled with this purchase. I know it was a lot of money, but I see it as an investment. It’s going to help me save money in the long run when I eliminate all my stops at Starbucks! This was the perfect machine for me, and I recommend it for anyone who loves espresso and is looking for a machine that will handle the heavy lifting. 10 out of 10!

I am able to do expresso, cappuccino, latte macchiato, coffee, hot water and My Latte which is a customizable setting that allows you to save your own drink recipe. I am absolutely impressed by the milk frother, it’s so easy to use and makes my drink so much more enjoyable. I have hard water in my home so that fact that this coffee machine has a water filter is the best!

The Start has been a lovely addition to our morning coffee routine. It has worked flawlessly so far although we have only had it for a few weeks. We are enjoying the fact that it makes a very nice cappuccino with minimal effort. Benefits: It automatically cleans the milk frother and espresso nozzles. It has a nice mix of basic espresso drinks that can be customized, as well as a hot water nozzle. It comes with a water filter - a very nice touch to ensure good flavor. Espresso strength can be increased or decreased. There is an override door for using ground coffee which we use for decaf drinks. So far it has been easy to clean and maintain - the spent coffee catchment and the water reservoir are easy to remove and install. Improvements: we would appreciate it being quieter during operation! We would appreciate the coffee bean door being attached (and detachable) because finding a place to put it while adding beans each day can be annoying. (this is a minor issue). And it would be great if the bean hopper somehow sealed, so we felt good adding lots of beans at a time, instead of a few beans each day. These are likely features of a more expensive model though! Overall, so far, a great machine that hits the important points without being overly complicated or difficult to operate. Recommend.

Milk frothing was always my downfall before this machine, so I love that it does it for me! The only thing keeping me from 5 stars is the cleaning cycle. It will clean the machine before giving you your preferred drink. If you’re like me and put sweeteners/flavors in your cup before the milk and espresso, this means if you’re not aware, the water is shoots through the system will end up in your prepared mug. I learned to put a different cup below the machine before my actual cup. It also doesn’t froth heavy cream well, but that wasn’t a huge deal for me.

The drawback would be the lengthy set up time and regular maintenance required for longevity, but it’s expected with this type of machine.

When I opened the package I saw that this is a very convenient tool. I don’t have to manually grind the coffee and make the espresso shot with the manual tool. This machine does everything for me. I like the taste of the coffee it makes too. The espresso is strong and flavorful. The coffee is lighter but still flavorful. I will also try the crema option. It also includes the water softener in case your water at home is hard. I would highly recommend this product.
