Milk frothing was always my downfall before this machine, so I love that it does it for me! The only thing keeping me from 5 stars is the cleaning cycle. It will clean the machine before giving you your preferred drink. If you’re like me and put sweeteners/flavors in your cup before the milk and espresso, this means if you’re not aware, the water is shoots through the system will end up in your prepared mug. I learned to put a different cup below the machine before my actual cup. It also doesn’t froth heavy cream well, but that wasn’t a huge deal for me.

When I opened the package I saw that this is a very convenient tool. I don’t have to manually grind the coffee and make the espresso shot with the manual tool. This machine does everything for me. I like the taste of the coffee it makes too. The espresso is strong and flavorful. The coffee is lighter but still flavorful. I will also try the crema option. It also includes the water softener in case your water at home is hard. I would highly recommend this product.

I really like the stainless steel of the one I received. The LatteCrema system works fairly well but the spout that goes into your cup was odd to move around depending on the height of your cup. I’ve made every type of coffee that this product can make and it does everyone of them well. You can quickly with the push of one button ch age your expresso to a double shot of expresso.. It automatically grinds your beans depending on what setting you preset the grinder to. You can also use pre-ground if you wish. There was a tiny bit of a learning curve when I first received it but after a reading the instructions and a few days it becomes easy to get quality coffee products that are coffee shop quality in your own home. I would recommend this to anyone looking to save time and money to buy this instead of going to a coffee shop

My biggest issue with the product is that the setup took a substantial amount of time and the directions are not very clear. We had to look up several YouTube videos and it took well over an hour to even get the machine working. The first few espressos we brewed turned out watery, so there is definitely a learning curve but overall I do like and recommend this product. It’s great to be able to make my own coffee shop style drinks at home.

You can make a cup of espresso in a matter of a few minutes from right out of the box. There is a bit of trial and error with grinding the coffee beans to find your own personal preference but that’s part of the fun with experimenting. It also a bit noisy but nothing that’s worse compared to other espresso makers. Clean up is so easy and I also like that it can heat up water so quickly for hot tea. The silver color is very attractive and will blend seamlessly on your counter.

The milk reservoir clearly labels how much milk you’ll need for a latte macchiato or cappuccino and dispenses the frothed milk directly in your mug. There’s a bit of a learning curve at the beginning—priming the machine, taking apart and cleaning all the removable pieces before first use—but there are good videos online that help. Once you get the gist of it, it’s pretty easy to use with the one-touch buttons. It’s not the quietest machine, and the milk spout doesn’t work well with tall glasses, but the drinks come out tasting great with nice foam. I did find the set up to be a little confusing, the instructions provide a lot of detail and make it sound almost more complicated than it is. Looking up the YouTube videos proved to be more helpful for me. I’ve tried this with both espresso beans (video) and traditional coffee beans and had no issues with either. The machine is a little noisy but it doesn’t bother me much and I personally love the smell and sound of the beans grinding! The milk frothing container is a little complicated to set up but again I watched a video and now that it’s put together it all works fine. Overall, beautiful machine. Instructions could be a little simpler. The machine is loud, for me it’s not a big deal.
