[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced an excellent Gaggia Titanium that finally gave up the ghost after 20 years of faithful service with the KitchenAid KF7 Espresso Machine. This machine is AMAZING! So very quiet, large bean hopper and water reservoir and the variety of drinks available, thanks to the milk container attachment, is a welcome change. After 2 months of daily use, I am deeply in love with my new super automatic.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this machine for a few weeks now and am very pleased with it. The features are great for preparing your exact preferences. It is a solid machine that looks wonderful on my counter. I had a Delonghi before this that couldn’t quite make the perfect cup

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are loving our KF8! It is so simple to use and maintain. I was concerned about the cleaning and maintenance process. We keep a nice white ceramic container under the spout and a quarter of a paper towel in the grounds container and it really minimizes the cleaning. I am very happy with the appearance of the machine, the quality of the coffee, the variety of drinks, the milk set up, and the ease of cleaning. It’s nice because it satisfies both of our coffee tastes, Americano and latte. Highly recommend!
So far so good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a Delonghi Eletta Explore in one house and bought the KF7 for a new house. I am quite happy with the KF7 which makes excellent coffee and cappuccino (haven't tried many others yet). I like the larger water reservoir that the KF7 has although it goes through water quickly with all the rinsing that it does. Mildly inconvenient that you have to empty the drip tray before rinsing after making a milk drink even when there is little water and only one or two pucks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been a great new addition to our home. We love how simple it is to make delicious lattes that taste as good or better than the chains! My wife has been having a lot of fun perfecting her barista skills. It is so simple to use and clean. We loved it so much we have one for our lake now too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am happy with my purchase of the KF7. It turns out i'm not really a steamed milk type of person and more of a frothed milk type of person, and this coffee machine taught me that! It does make great coffee, but it cleans itself a lot, which i find a little tedious. I imagine it is better that way, but I have to dump the tray every other day because it goes through so much water. But like I said, still worth it. You should see the look on my guests' faces when I make them a drink with this machine! Priceless!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded from an entry level super automatic made by a competitor and this model has so many extra features that I’m surprised I went this long on the previous machine. Highly recommend this because it’s simple and makes a consistently good espresso.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using my new machine for about a month now. What I love, how easy this machine is! I bought it with the intention of cutting out coffee stands, and it does the trick, and it does it well. Now, What I wish for (could be improved upon): it could use a clock and timer so I could set the machine before bed and have coffee brewed when I’m ready for it. Also the spout does not lift up high enough for tall travel mugs, so you have to brew in shorter cups and transfer to a travel mug. Also, the frothed milk doesn’t get as hot as I’d like it. Last (big wish) would be to have a way to plumb it in for both water and water disposal. (I think the disposal process could be easier than the water intake).
Great machine!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I absolutely love my KitchenAid Espresso Machine! It looks gorgeous on my counter, feels super sturdy, and most importantly—makes a really good espresso. The temperature stays consistent, which means no weirdly bitter or sour shots, and the steam wand is strong, so frothing milk for lattes is actually fun. It also heats up fast, which is a lifesaver in the mornings. If I had to nitpick, the water tank is a bit small, so I end up refilling it more than I’d like, and the portafilter takes some getting used to if you’re new to espresso-making. But overall, it’s totally worth it for the quality and ease of use. 4.5/5 stars!
So happy and satisfied with my purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have used my KF7 every day for the past 3.5 weeks and it is fantastic! I transitioned from a fully manual system to the super automatic and I'm not missing the grinding, filling, tamping, pulling the shot, frothing the milk. This does it all even better than my Bezzera! The crema on the espresso is thick and flavorful. The frothed milk on the cappuccinos is barista quality. The ability to adjust everything, strength and body of the shot, amount of milk, makes this machine all the better!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had three previous super-automatic machines from other makers. The KitchenAir KF7 is far better than any of those in design and ease of use. I recommend leaving the grind setting as delivered and body and strength on medium until at least 12-15 shots have been brewed before tinkering with them. After much initial experimentation I wound up using the factory-delivered settings with most beans.
Great machine, great coffee. Could be better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a great machine with a lot of thoughtful features and functions! I gave it four stars, because it's great but the lack of wifi to update the software inside makes it just one standalone with no hope for improvements over time. What if we want to make more oz of coffee per drink? We're capped. It can never go up. Having the ability to update would be huge, and it's something I'd expect for the price tag. That all being said, it makes really darn good coffee by my standards, and has so far been really easy to use after I got a replacement for the first, which arrived DOA. Their support was awesome and quick, though I did wait 30+ min on the phone before speaking with someone. Quick replacement at no cost to me. If this version was the price of the KF6, it'd be 5/5 stars from me. At this price, I just expect that little extra modern touch. I'll give them this: I'm impressed they had the confidence to just put out the finished product and call it done. A product which IS good.
