The perfect cappuccino
Love my new coffee machine. Took a few tries to perfect the settings for the beans I’m using. Once you get the hang of it (took me a few days to fully figure it out) it’s so easy to use and clean and make so many beverages. The double walled cups make a great addition to this machine.

Does exactly what it says on the box. Perfect machine for myself, who likes to be more involved in the coffee making progress, and my wife, who does not. It is the best of both worlds for us, as hands on as I’d like it to be, and just hands off enough for her (and me when I’m feeling lazy).

La Specialista La Wow!
I have been looking to enter the world of better coffe and have researched many machines. While I might be able to do better with a more manual machine this unit takes the guess work out of it. A bit of hunt and block to get the dose and grind right for our coffee of choice but now that we are dialed in it couldn’t be simpler. I would highly recommend this machine for the espresso neophyte wanting to do much much better than a Breville which is what this replaced.

A work of art but…
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is an a work of art. After months of having it I’ve still barely scratch the service of its capabilities. There has been one downside, the water tanks leaks… a lot. So much so that I can’t keep water in the tank. I have to take out the water out after I make the coffee. Overall I think the machine is amazing but I was little disappointed in the shoddy craftsmanship.

Yes, it does have a learning curve, and it'll take you a little while to find the right settings for your preferred beans, but once you do it makes a lovely drink! The manual and quick start up guide are great and help even a complete beginner figure out how to get started. And I LOVE how the auto-frothing milk thing works! It does a great job, and I love that the parts are dishwasher safe AND it can go in the fridge if you have extra milk (it doesn't steam any milk it doesn't use, so it stays cold)

If I tell you how excited I was when I first got this is understatement not because of me But because of my husband. He’s seriously obsessed with making espressos and had been wanting this Espresso Machine for the longest. He’s face lit up when he saw on the table he didn’t know I got this. He has used it a couple of times and everyday it’s like he just opened it for the first time. I get to enjoy my cup of espresso everyday. I can’t say thank you enough. Best Espresso Machine. It quite noisy but it’s normal. Maintenance it’s super easy to clean.

I do not think the coffee feature is much use because after a month of trying, I could never get a full 8 ounce cup of regular flavored coffee out. It always tasted like an espresso coffee or more of an Americana.
