Help getting a new box
I’m the only person using this machine, after 3 years all the water will run outside the cup. I did keep up with cleaning.

We’re sorry to hear that your machine has begun leaking after three years, especially since you’ve been keeping up with regular maintenance. Water running outside the cup can sometimes happen when the brew group needs a deeper rinse, the drip tray is full, or the water tank isn’t fully seated. We recommend removing and rinsing the brew group, emptying the drip tray, and making sure the water tank is inserted correctly. good value easy to use
Dis a lot of research online before choice. I wanted a less comlicated machine to maje reasonable coffee (Over de longhi) ease of use found and cleaning looks good on counter in kitchen better information about machine found on line refarding cleaning rather than picture instruction sheet overall happy just need to get grinf settings correct

I’m using the exact same beans I used in my old drip coffee maker, but somehow the flavor is completely elevated—it honestly tastes like I upgraded to expensive, high-end beans! gifted by philipshomeliving What I love most is how easy it is. I can just set my coffee cup down and this machine makes a fancy latte for me, while also pulling the perfect espresso for my husband, all in one. Doesn't make a coffee as good as the breville coffee machine , the convenience of fully automatic. Is a good feature, As far as the cappuccino function goes it doesn't give you an option for a large one !!

The machine uses preset portions for cappuccino, which is why there isn’t a specific "large cappuccino" option. However, you can easily create a bigger cup by extending the coffee extraction or adding extra milk after the preset cycle finishes.
