Great Little Machine!!
This machine is perfect for our family! We aren't baristas by any means, but we are able to whip up both hot and cold coffee beverages to keep us out of Starbucks! Love it compact style and produces a great flavored espresso :)

Smooth foam
Yes it can make real cappuccino. The foam maker needs more practice. First, it just sprays water, therefore, you should press the foam button first. Then, wait until it not blinking. Put the cup of milk with a little touch of the wand. Let the wand spray water until it’s hot. The little touch of milk will it lots of foam. And the foam is hot so good for hot cappuccino.

Great for Beginners, but Steamer Disappoints
Love this machine for getting started with espresso—easy to use, looks great, and makes a solid shot. But the steam wand is pretty weak, especially compared to other DeLonghi machines. Great if you're just starting out, but not ideal if you're big on milk drinks; and unfortunately I am big on lattes

10/10 Perfect on all fronts!
I can't live without my Dedica Duo! The Rose color is so perfect and this espresso machine makes it so easy for me to incorporate it into my home and my morning routine. It doesn't take up much space on the counter which makes it easy to incorporate into small living spaces.

Pretty but not the best for espresso drinkers
This machine is beautiful - sleek, compact, and attractive. We didn't love it, however, when it came to actually making espresso. Parts seem flimsy and cheap, like the knob on the upper right side. When inserting the portafilter, the whole machine moves, and there is nowhere that is convienient to grip and hold the machine down. It would have been a good idea to weight the bottom of the machine to prevent this issue from occurring. Espresso was okay, but the flaws in the machine itself outweigh the benefits and superficial look.

I love the first machine I purchased a few years ago and love the second one as well. The first one still works great and placing it our travel trailer so I don't to drink regular drip coffee... I LOVE ESPRESSO!

Good espresso maker, but could be better
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this espresso maker in exchange for my honest review. I’ve used it about a month now. Easy to set up and figure out the controls. My espresso comes out great! Love that there is an option for one or two shots. However, it malfunctions and won’t let me click buttons from time to time resulting in me not being able to have coffee which is annoying. Also, the milk frother does not work. But I enjoy the espresso side. Haven’t tried cold brew option yet.
