[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this espresso maker in exchange for my honest review. I’ve used it about a month now. Easy to set up and figure out the controls. My espresso comes out great! Love that there is an option for one or two shots. However, it malfunctions and won’t let me click buttons from time to time resulting in me not being able to have coffee which is annoying. Also, the milk frother does not work. But I enjoy the espresso side. Haven’t tried cold brew option yet.

I really like the options for double espresso and cold brew, and the built-in steamer that produces very frothy milk (even when used with plant-based options like oat milk)! This machine is definitely worth the purchase to upgrade your morning coffee game - it’s so much tastier and stronger than other pod or coffee pot options, but still brews so fast.

A booklet bundle with all the information you need. I wish I could have posted additional photos. These booklets have everything you need to know, and how to operate your new expresso/coffee maker. Several barcodes for even more information. I’m impressed💯 This is just the right size to start my coffee station in my bedroom. Works well without any glitches. This expresso machine is perfect for small spaces. You get great coffee/expresso/latte in the comfort of your home, just the way you like it🥹 The price point is right on time for the tiny mighty brewing machine🥰 It takes very little effort to create your morning drink, and cleanup is a breeze. Don’t sleep on this! Grab it!

There’s so many different settings and ways to customize your drink, especially love that it does both espresso and cold brew options. The touch interface was a neat feature, easy to navigate through. The steam wand was probably my favorite part, it’s easy to use and I am excited to play around with it. The wand and the whole machine are super easy to clean. Obsessed with how compact it is, I hate bulky things taking up space but this literally can fit in the smallest nook and it looks so good! I actually didn’t even realize at first that it was made of so much plastic. Overall so impressed, a great first espresso machine

We own a drip coffee machine that we used daily (3-4 cups a day in my household) before receiving this new De’Longhi Dedica Duo coffee machine. I’m a decaf gal while my husband drinks caffeinated coffee, so we both use different coffee powders. The machine definitely makes great tasting espresso shots and cold brews but the reason I removed two stars is that I wish: 1. This came with a distributor tool. Straight out of the box, as a beginner I had to figure out alternative methods to get a better quality brew without this 2. The steam wand somehow started leaking while making espressos within about 3 weeks of is starting to use the machine.
Recommend adding this to your coffee bar

I was happy with brewing gave a bold and right temperature. The only faults the instructions were hard to follow and parts were missing (steam pitcher and water testing strip.

The buttons on top have visual pictures of what you can make, and voila, you are your own at home barista! My favorite to whip up is an Iced Caramel Macchiato, I can switch out whether I want 2 shots or 1, and let me just say, I've always got the 2 shot cup in there because more is better, but my daughter loves the iced coffee feature. The drip tray removes for a taller cup. Sometimes, I'll get fancy and try the steamed milk designs over a latte on a cold day. It's just so easy!

It’s perfect for making one or two espressos at a time, and it’s ideal if you typically only drink one cup. I mainly use it to make cappuccino-style drinks — I pull a shot of espresso and steam the milk. I’ll admit I’m still learning how to froth milk with the steam wand, so I’ve also used a separate milk frother with great results. The machine makes delicious cold brew too, which is a nice bonus. The compact size fits well on my counter without taking up too much space, and the stainless steel design looks sleek. I’m excited to keep experimenting with it, but so far it’s been easy to use and delivers great results for both hot and cold coffee drinks.

First of all, the machine looks great, and you don’t have to store it away. You can brew an espresso, double espresso, or a cold brew. There are directions with pictures on how to utilize each option properly. It is also equipped with a frothed, which I have yet to use, but plan to. It comes with 2 different filters for the single serve, and the double, along with a measuring spoon, and a really nice tamper. Usually you will receive a cheap plastic tamper, but the one that came with it is amazing. There is a huge water reservoir in the back that is very easy to take off and fill. Overall this is an amazing machine.

It takes a bit of time to brew compared to regular coffee machines, but the shot comes out with the three layers looking exquisite!! Look at that crema on top!!! It’s been such a treat having this machine, it truly feels like I’m drinking from a coffee shop right from my home. I haven’t explored doing designs yet, but have done lattes! I already bought some accessories.
