A: There is a possibility that one of the wires (red or black wire) inside is disconnected. I don't own this coffee grinder, but I have a similar situation with a different coffee grinder. Open & fix it

terrible waste of money. does not grind coffee well- many chunks left behind even after pulsing for a few minutes. or continuously running, or both. only grinds a tiny amount at a time, and not even well. the plastic top is aggravating to lock into place and so delicate I'm shocked if hasn't broken yet, at which point it will be useless because it won't grind without the plastic clicking into place. inconsistent grounds, not easy to use, loud, not recommended.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very easy to clean and dishwasher safe. It holds a lot of beans, enough to make many cups of coffee. Easy to use, just pit the lid on and press the button to start the grinding. It's not only good for coffee but herbs and spices. I actually love grinding my peppercorns. This is a perfect gadget for any coffee lover.

Horrendous item
